Location was excellent. Room cleanliness too. Check-in and check-out was fast. Hotel has parking facilities on first come first served.

Shower cubicle was quite small. Dinner offered was only buffet type.

Rooms were well appointed and the views were incredible from the small balcony. Enjoyed the ability to close off the bedroom from the rest of the suite when desired. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was the worst food we ate during our entire 3 week vacation. The dinner was served tepid and had zero flavor. The breakfast was minimally better, but I would highly recommend eating elsewhere while staying at this property.

Location was very nice.

The room was so plain. For the price I think they could put more effort into decorating. It was so bare and boring. Also when leaving I was unaware I needed to pay a tourist tax. The front desk called me a few hours after I had already left telling me I need to come back to pay the small bill. I told her I’m not driving back hours to do so and they can send me the bill some other way. At first she was acting like this was not possible but eventually she agreed to email me an invoice. I do not appreciate her initially pretending that I HAVE to drive back to pay the tax when all she had to do was email me a link to pay.

Was in a great location and the breakfast included was good as there wasn’t many other breakfast options around.

Ideally situated on the lake Misurina.

Very nice staff, our room way enormous, more like an apartment. The location is great too if you want to visit Tre cime di Lavaredo or Sorapis lake. The lake Misurina is right in front of the Hotel and nice too. Breakfast and dinner was tasty

The restaurant was a bit pricy, but the hotel is in walking distance to some other nice reataurants. We started early in the morning and requested a breakfast bag, which was a little poorly equipped. But nice that they gave us something at all! The blankets on the bed were incredibly warm.

The location is great for some of the more popular hikes and it’s a beautiful setting on the lake. Our first room had a bit of a noise issue above us our first night so I asked if there was anything that could be done. They not only moved us but they put us into a better room that wouldn’t have anybody above us. We really feel like they went above and beyond for us. The hotel is older and it’s difficult to find parking in their parking lot after 7pm. We had to park in the lower parking lot but would have to move the car before 7am which worked out for us since we planned to leave for hiking that early anyway but their “free” parking is pretty limited in their small parking lot.

The place where the hotel is set is exceptional. Beautiful scenery, close to restaurants, souvenir and mountain gear shops and a grocery store. It is close to many mountain hiking trails especially the Tre Cime as the hotel is practically at the foot of the mount. Room was large especially for a family of four with two teens. The fridge in the room is a bonus and came in really handy especially because you need to stock up before hiking. Lots of options for breakfast. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. The hotel also has a pool and SPA facility.

The bed was uncomfortable especially the sofa bed for the kids. Rooms need more charging sockets especially for mobiles.

Location is great.

Suggested improvement is having a kettle in the rooms. In hotels around the world that I have stayed (average and luxurious) this is the first time they did not have a kettle. When I asked staff for one they informed me they do not have any and I must go to the bar to ask for a pot of hot water. I am just amazed that a place that charges a premium (understandably given the location and views) that they do not offer the simplest of things. I cannot possibly fathom how frustrating that must be to people visiting in winter when all they’d want to do is make a hot beverage after playing in the freezing snow…
