It was the closest hotel to the airport.

I was new to this particular hotel. It was very important to be able to easily access the airport. I wrote to the property contact through booking application asking how to get to the hotel from airport terminal, no one responded to me. I am not sure who dropped the ball, booking.com or Hilton. It would be a lot easier if someone could drop a message with instructions to take the easiest route, that is go through the tube connecting to the departure terminal. On top of that, the booking.com also instructed us to take a taxi costing $65 to travel 1000 meters, which is outrageous. It’s a totally misleading advice. Why cannot booking or Hilton to put customer first instead of earning fees? I always liked booking.com but I have to say I am totally disappointed on this.

Room was great and location is prime within walking distance to the airport/ train line. Considering the cost of Uber/ Taxi's we actually saved on money by staying closer if you had to weigh up going in and out of Rome via train so staying here was worth all the Ubers/ taxi's we didn't get. Staff were friendly and helpful, very clean and the room had a bath which was lovely too.

The check-in process seems understaffed or too long as it took about 1 hour to get to the front... The queue was exceptionally long and for people with short stays this can detract from your time in Rome (we only had one nights stay) and wanted to get there as soon as possible

closeness to airport

next to area that the cleaning crew used for bringing their carts up and down to the floor. That was noisy.

The hotel is excellent. The location at the airport is very convenient if you arrive late or leave early. You can walk to the terminals. I spent two nights at the hotel and spent one day in Rome. Walking to Leonardo Express from the hotel was easy. The room was large and clean and quiet in spite of its location at the airport. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with many selections. I'd stay there again.

The robe and the slippers which I came to expect from a 4-star hotel weren't provided. Finally, being alone I reserved one large bed, but it wasn't ready at 8:30PM, possibly because I had specified 9-10pm as my hour of arrival during booking. I opted for 2 beds rather than waiting for half an hour. It was fine as the size of each bed was more than enough for me. These are minor issues, not worth lowering my rating as I really liked the hotel overall.

The location, being right at the airport, it is a little walk through a walkway and bridge to get there from the terminal maybe 10 minute walk, but it is right at the airport which was very convenient!! The hotel has a restaurant with fantastic breakfasts with everything you can and can't imagine, we had an early flight at 9 am, it was open at 6 am! The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable!! They have a pool which you can swim laps in and a great sauna!

The hot tub is actually a cold tub! We found that to be true at most places in Italy! We were there in October and the weather was starting to cool down, it would have been nice to get into a HOT tub not a cold tub! You have to wear swim caps in the pool and hot/cold tub, which are for a fee of $2 at the fitness center.

Staff were very professional and friendly. Room was clean and great quality breakfast.

I was disappointed to wake up to housekeeping entering the room early in the morning, we hadn’t checked Out yet and in fact had only checked In a few hours earlier as we had a very late flight. This make me feel Uncomfortable being a single female with two children. There was not enough time from the knocking to the entering of the room. I would also recommend someone to check the tunnel leading to he lift to access the hotel entrance as we encountered 3/4 homeless people Sleeping right next to the lift and this was quite scary late at night, as It felt very secluded and not enough security. Apart from these two details the stay was very pleasant and we look forward to visiting each time we fly into Fiumicino.

The only and best reason to stay at this hotel is because you have a morning flight and want to walk from your room into the terminal with maximum sleep and minimum fuss. I say this kindly and with a chuckle: staying at this hotel is like staying in an all-amenities lounge in the terminal itself. Everything is utilitarian: big bar, big restaurant, good beds, no frills rooms, good shower pressure, no frills bathrooms. With the bonus of a large fitness center and pool. The staff are very nice and highly competent. We were in FCO and through security within 15 min of walking out the front door of the hotel at 545a (via a covered and then enclosed walkway should there be inclement weather although there was not in early Oct).

At just under $300/night, it feels a tad expensive for a 3-star hotel with really basic amenities, but for what it is, it's pretty much perfect. You can stay for less at hotels 2-3 miles away but the easy airport access makes it worth it.

Close to the airport, but there is another Hilton in the area which confused Uber drivers. In fact, we were informed upon checking out htat Uber drivers are not allowed to drop off or pick up. We were catching an early flight the next morning, and stayed only 8 hours. The restaurant is excellent though a little expensive.

Almost all staff were excellent, but one was not helpful. When I asked about the availability of a shuttle to the airport, the answer was convoluted, and we were told that the service could not be guaranteed. As it turned out, the shuttle was unavailable when we might have used it.

Hotel is huge,a little dated but was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, room was huge , bed was comfy and shower was great! So convenient for the airport - just follow the tunnel out of terminal three (you can get to this from other terminals) and straight ahead to the lift down to the hotel! Did not eat at the hotel but did have a cocktail which was excellent . Great service at bar and reception. Restaurant was busy and food looked good . Def needing a touch up here and there but couldn’t really fault our stay . Would def use this airport hotel again .
