We arrived on a very hot day, but the room was airconditioned. We loved our balcony and the possibility to use a shared fridge. The room was clean and our host Rosa welcomed us with a map and detailed infos about all the important sights. Even though we hadn't booked breakfast, Rosa made us the best espresso every morning. The accommodation was just 10 Min by foot away from the station and 20 Min to the city centre (cathedral) so we walked a lot. Another fact we loved: The other guest were mainly real Italians and less tourists so we could practice our little Italien skills. ;)

Rosa bent over backwards to help us. I made her aware of some mobility issues i have before we left and she helped and changed our room to help me. She went through the best places to go and was very supportive about our safety and comfort as two young girls. thank you! The place was very clean and well maintained with decent showers, maps and leaflets for local areas as well as a phone you could use to call taxis etc. The location was fantastic literally over the road from the tram to get to the city centre. two stops to get to the train station to get to airport and onward as well so fabulous location. we didn't have breakfast as we had made plans but all facilities were there and Rosa was happy to help on our schedule.

Just commenting as a wheelchair user for other users. I am an ambulatory user. There were 10 steps to get in to the building, and the lift to the B and B did not fit my wheelchair with my in it so I folded up and stood. For me, i am able to do this, but aware some may not so may impact choice.

Good size room, bed comfortable. An easy walk to the train station and centre of Florence. The host was lovely and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and local customs and specialties. Would definitely revisit.

The building is old so there are a few creeks from the plumbing, a little noise from traffic outside and an old fashioned lift to the apartment. These things didn’t bother us, but added to the charm. It didn’t affect our stay in the least.

Rosa is a fabulous host, very good during checkin and she explained bus routes and best things to see. Made a great espresso and was cheerful and friendly. Location is great close to train station and markets etc lift and air con fantastic room was well kept and suitable for purpose.

Pillows not the best for me but I am particular with them. Bathroom small and water pump a bit noisy , a smell every now and then from drains but nothing too bad.

Our room was clean and tidy and breakfast was available, Rosa made a great cup of coffee! She was so friendly and helpful, gave us lots of information regarding visiting the city, from where to eat and where to catch buses. She also supplied us with an umbrella and mosquito repellent plug!!

Would have liked breakfast a little earlier.

Rosa is a wonderful host, before arriving she asked in advance when we would be check in and we agreed on a check-in time. Met us. Upon arrival, she told us where to go for a walk, where to go and how to get to attractions. The room and bath are clean, there is a towel and shampoo, the room is spacious, comfortable, there is also a separate kitchen where there is everything you need. Recommend. I had very good impressions

Rosa, the host, was simply amazing, accommodating all our needs and wishes ! She moved us to a quiet room, upgraded us with bathroom inside, gave us many great tips for the city and even lent us a room for a late check-out ! I have stayed at many places with Booking but never had such a level of hospitality ... We will come back at Rosa's B&B Belfiore, without any doubt ;-)

Nothing ! This is very clean, very central, very safe, close to the tramway, 5 min from the central station, 15 min from the airport, and several restaurants in the area !

We arrived many hours later than expected and Rosa was so kind to keep in touch and make our arrival seemless. Rosa helped us navigate our way through Florence which was so appreciated. The room was very comfortable with a lovely little patio that was so inviting. The elevator to our room was also a treat!

The private bathroom was about 5 steps across the hall. Fortunately there was never anyone else in the area of the hall. The bathroom was quite large and very clean.

The host was kind and helpful, she offered to get my trolley ticket the morning I left. The room is quiet and airy, the amenities were just right. So nice to have a balcony- I could see the moon rise!

I understand the use of motion activated lighting to save energy, but a dark stairwell feels less inviting. The old fashioned elevator was a lovely alternative and it worked well.

Rosa was a very gracious and friendly host. She speaks great English and is easy to talk to. She makes sure you have everything you need. Had an elevator which was great. Also had a cool small balcony to sit on. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Not too much to complain about. 15 min walk to train station but tram is available but buy your tickets ahead of time as they have to be validated on the tram.
