The staff was most friendly at all times and offered good advice for places to eat and visit. The optional breakfast was good and diverse, which isn't always the case in Italy. Location looks a little far from the city center at first glance, but the tram station around the corner brings you to the city center in under 10 minutes at all hours of the day, even till midnight. I had a great experience!

The bathroom was a little small and the showerhead was a little calcified, resulting in less water pressure, but outside of that, everything was great. Would consider when traveling to Florence again.

the most clean hotel I have been so far. the room is very clean, nice perfume. well done! breakfast was good for the money. the bathroom was a bit small, but still comfortable. the hotel has also a car park space.

It was a little difficult to reach the car park. The hotel is a little old style, no electronic keys, the rooms were old fashioned, but honestly, what matters is how clean and comfortable the hotel is, and that succeeded the expectations.

The place is very clean and the staff incredibly friendly. Great location for the tram service direct to historical centre.

I was there for five days and only once did it take a few minutes to gain entry to the 24/7 reception. The other guests were at times noisy but that isn't the hotel's fault. I asked for directions from the hotel to get their from airport and they advised taxi. The call driver wanted €80 which I rejected. The tram cost €2 and took less than 30 minutes. Tram instructions: T2 Airport, to Unita, get off at Alamanni Station. Cross road to T1 Tram to Careggi Ospedale, get off at Poggetto... walk five minutes to hotel. Note the return journey from the hotel the tram starts on the next street beyond the tram stop to the hotel (follow the signs).

The hotel was remote from the main part of Florence, but that was good in that we were able to learn much about the area and shop in out of the way places Easy access to the main areas we wanted to visit via tram.

We had to stay there because of health issues with my husband - they were very kind and wonderful to us during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend staying here - not fancy but very accommodating and good location with delicious breakfast and great restaurant right next door.

Nothing- they were very friendly staff and responsive to all concerns and helpful to us when my husband was in the hospital. Can't say enough good things about how good they were to us.

It was a nice accomodation, great value for the price. Everyone was nice, spoke English and was very helpful. It has easy access to the old town with a short ride with the tram. All in all it was a nice stay and I would totally book it again (but two rooms instead of one).

It was our fault, as we booked one room for three adults and a small kid (the crib was for free!). The room was in my opinion too small for that, but if there were just 2 people in that room, it would be a perfect sized room.

Very hospitable host, helped me to move in after 11 pm and gave a detailed instruction on the operation of the nearest transport and bus schedule. Offered a bottle of cold water for free cause it was very hot outside. The room was clean and comfy, very convenient for a couple of nights of stay. When I was moving out in the middle of the night, the host offered me help with getting to the station and gave a very kind-hearted goodbye. Spasibo!

Air-conditioning, location was great for exploring Florence as it was right next to a tram station. Also there were plenty of options for parking.

Bathroom was very small and cramped, difficult to navigate. Locks on doors got stuck often and required messing with before thet opened. Few complaints.

We had great stay at Careggi hotel. The staff is amazing and kind, from receptionists, hotel owner and lady at the breakfast. We would especially like to thank Musa Abdel for kind welcome and hospitality and lots of useful information and advices for amazing visit in Florence! Warm recommendations, we will return for sure! 👏🏼

Everything was great

It had a 24 hour reception, kind and helpful staff. Super clean and comfy beds. Cheap snacks in reception. And great coffee.

It was a bit far away from the center, a 20 minute tram ride and about 6 minute walk on both sides. The main light was industrial white. We could never turn it on without our eyes cringing, because the lighting was so cold and bright. We used the reading lamp instead. The room was just tight enough to be slightly uncomfortable.
