I loved staying here. It was such a beautiful retreat after a busy day in the city. Breakfast was great!

I was hoping to rent a bicycle during my time in Florence, but wasn't able to find a shop that rented bikes over multiple days. I used the "city bikes" which were accessible with an app. Unfortunately, I had to park them a 10 minute walk away from the Villa, as the app would not lock them at this location. Normally, that would not have been an issue, but I'm struggling with foot issues (neuromas) so walking any distance was particularly painful. So, unless you have a car, be prepared for a fair amount of walking when staying here. That being said, if you enjoy walking, it's quite lovely.

We were so pleased with our stay here. It was lovely to meet Roberto at check in and for him to show us to our room and made us feel extremely welcome. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The grounds are stunning and make for the perfect place to explore and relax The bathroom and kitchen in the room were perfect and offered everything we needed. The tram is a 10 minute walk away and then 15 minutes into town

I was love for some activities to be planned for the people staying. A history lesson on the property one morning/night would be great or a wine tasting night together

The owner of the property was our #1 favorite host of a 6 week trip. He was welcoming, trustworthy, friendly and great in every way! Our room was multi-level and the beds were comfortable. Very clean also. No hairdryers in the bathrooms, which was fine but would be an easy value add for guests!

The couch and living room furniture were in disrepair and very sparse so there was no common area comfortable for relaxing indoors. The living area was large so there could be a very nice set up for guests to relax and gather. But the furnishing was just not there to settle in. We weren't in the room a ton during a quick stay so it was alright.

We stayed at Armonie di Villa Incontri B&B for several nights and it was our favorite stay during our 3 weeks in Italy. It was a very unique setting with gorgeous grounds and a comfortable, spacious room. The breakfast was also delicious with varied options. We really enjoyed being out of the city area, getting more of a taste of the countryside. At the same time it was easy to catch the tram for a short ride into the center of things… we found everything very accessible. Roberto was an engaging, wonderful host and gave us good suggestions for restaurants and getting around.

Roberto & wife absolutely exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, professional & a heart of gold. Very accommodating. Their Villa is beautiful, peaceful & is about 10 minutes away taking the train to the main area for shopping & attractions. The location is excellent after, getting to see Florence downtown area we were able to get back to our room to relax & rest. Also, we were able to enjoy their property to take time to relax. Thank you so much for your kind hearts & your beautiful property.

Armonie di Villa Incontri B&B offers an exceptional experience with its rich 300+ year history, spacious rooms, and delectable breakfast. Managed by generations, the property exudes authenticity. While it's a 15-minute walk to the nearest tram station, the convenience of public transportation enhances its appeal. It's a top-rated choice for those seeking a blend of historical charm, comfort, and gastronomic delights. Roberto is an amazing host, provided us with some amazing recommendations of restaurants and places to see nearby.

Gorgeous site, very close to Florence via a short tram ride. Brings Tuscan countryside into the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast had great service and a decent selection. The owner Roberto was very kind and genuine. The personal touch was lovely and one of the highlights of our stay. 100% I would and will stay here again.

Only one minor thing was the entrance to the property on foot was through quite a tight road with a small section without a pavement. The section was on a bend too so difficult to see. My partner and I were fine to navigate this, making sure to stand where the cars would see us first as they came around the bend; I did wonder how difficult it might be if I had a small child in a pushchair however. Though as I said, it was only a small section without pavement and it wouldn’t put me off from attending again as a couple or with my son

What an amazing location, and an absolutely stunning B&B with heaps of historic charm. This charm was clearly authentic, like it was the organic evolution of the old farm into something new. We stayed for one night only. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was great with the bed on a mezzanine floor over looking the rest of the apartment. We had an entrance into the B&B itself and also a second door onto a little garden (complete with fluffy cat!) It was very convenient for the Tram (a 5 minute walk away & then just 10 mins or so to the centre of Florence). We really appreciated that we were outside the busy centre, and it's tourist traps. To have somewhere to retreat after a long day sightseeing, wonderful. Overall, it was a paradox. On the one hand we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, and on the other hand we were so close to everything we needed for a few days in Florence. Perfect As I said, we wish we could have stayed longer and will recommend this place to friends, family, and colleagues. Hopfully be able to return ourselves one day.

Maybe not great if you can't walk that far (less than 1km) but for the vast majority this place would be perfect. Do note though. It's a B&B, not a hotel. So there is no restaurant or bar on the site (just a breakfast room, breakfast was great). We knew this of course, but others may not understand, so thought to mention in case it helps with your itinerary planning.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa setting with nice gardens. Ten minute walk to the tram into the city of Florence. Very nice continental breakfast, with also the option to have cooked eggs. Beautiful garden view from the window. The hosts Roberto and Francesca were both charming and welcoming. ps. Considering this property is only 3.5km from the centre of Florence, you wouldn't know it, with it's lovely grounds around it.

It was really pleasant to spend a few days on this splendid, beautifully restored, historical property. The B&B is located in a separate building, independent of the main dwellings on the large fenced property, which makes it more accessible and private. There is plenty of secure parking on the premises, including assigned lots a few steps from the entrance to the B&B. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, and well appointed with all necessities. The hosts are warm, accommodating, polite, and helpful, albeit discreet. The American breakfast was rich, well served, and delicious.

Access to the property could be somehow tricky, through narrow streets winding between 8 ft tall stone fences. It may be unusual coming from the US, but it is quite common in Italy.
