Very well located hotel in Florence, between the station and the cathedral square, we could everywhere on feet. The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The possibility to use common areas was also very nice. Staff was kind!

It's a detail but I found a bit weird/micromanaging that the guests could not use the coffee machine by themselves in the morning and had to ask staff to press a button.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Nice room and bathroom. It was at the back of hotel. No street noise. I had a balcony with a view of the Duomo roof which was special.

The information advised rooms were soundproofed. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hall doors were quite loud when being closed or maybe by other inconsiderate guests slamming their doors hard. However there was no late night noise after 11pm. There was no tea/coffee facility in room but there is a room by the reception to get coffee/breakfast.

If you’re staying for a night or two it’s not bad. Staff were very friendly and gave good instructions on check-in/out. The rooms were quite comfortable as well.

We walked past the building because we couldn’t tell if the place was open or not. There’s no clear entrance aside from the sign that wasn’t turned on at night. If you arrive after midnight they close the doors and you have to be buzzed in so careful not to think you got scammed or something if you struggle to find it

Great location with easy access to tourist sites, transport hubs, markets, restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Ensuite room spotlessly clean. Lovely confortable bed.

We liked everything. It was as we expected and we were very happy. We enjoyed our short break very much.

Emanuel has been super helpful. He not only provided tips of where/how to go but, more importantly, where to eat. The restaurant, La Gratella, is just nearby. We enjoyed the food very much!

There is no boiler/kettle nor mugs in the room.

The front desk person (Colombian) was so kind and helpful; he saved us parking fees and advised us to drive to Venice and saved us a lot of hustle. A true professional, along with Adel, the night clerk. The family room was exceptionally clean and had all needed amenities. Finding the facility was a challenge and parking a nightmare.

Obviously driving around and parking. My expensive rental car was badly scratched trying to get out of an alley!

Great location, air conditioner, clean room. In addition, we got free coffee and tasty snacks in the morning. Staff members are friendly and helpful and we felt welcomed. We will definitely visit this hotel again for our next trip to Florence.

We reserved room with two single beds but got one double bed. It was not a problem for us but maybe other group of friends would be confused

The double bed was very wide, enough for two adults and one two-year-old who doesn't want to sleep alone. The location is a good compromise between proximity to the train station and to the old town center. The view from the window is very nice, perfect for waking up to. The WiFi is super. Although the elevator didn't lift our large stroller without folding, it was still very nice that it was there.

Small feedback, overall everything was great. -- the windows shouldn't be left open in November (I understand summers in Florence are hot, but it wasn't summer). They were open when we checked in and we didn't notice until the middle of the night when it was quite cold. The next day, housekeeping had left them open again and the room was already cold when we came in the evening. -- housekeeping shouldn't be removing our clothes from the bed to make it. If our clothes are there, just leave it alone. -- the shower pressure was weak, but acceptable and the toilet flusher needs to be pressed write rapidly to work, but not a big deal.

Excellent location, close to the train station and a short walk to major attractions (Academia, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Galery.... ) shops and numerous restaurants. The hotel staff is very pleasant, and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

I really liked this hotel! Everything was simply wonderful. The service was top-notch - the staff was polite and ready to help at any moment. The room was so quiet, it allowed for relaxation and rest. The hotel's location was just perfect - everything was close and convenient. And especially, fond memories of Endri - probably a unique employee of the hotel who made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back here again.
