The facilities are very good, the location is perfect, and also the kind staff.

The walls in the hotel are not soundproof at all, so it's not quiet, guests need earplugs to sleep, especially on weekends.

Kind staff, very good location close to the main train station S.M.N and the main touristic sites. The internet worked well. Good breakfast with caffe, fruit, croissant, cereal, juice and sweet bread. The hotel is next to the street but the window is thick enough to control the noise. They stored our luggage some hours after we checked out. We really had a very good stay there at hotel victoria. Thank you! (Special thanks to David at reception and the guy who attended the breakfast area).

Sometimes we could hear the TV from the next room (but it was really loud). The price was high, but everything in florence is expensive in this season.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff. The room was clean and the bed linen was of good quality.

We realised it wasn’t going to be The Ritz but we found nothing wrong with it.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and breakfast staff was very friendly. Location was also very good, one block away from the Central Market and 10 min walk to the main touristic attractions. Excellent restaurants less than 100m away. 500m away from tramline that takes you to the airport approximately. The room was always very clean and very big (surprising!). Beds were good, pillows could be slightly better. The room-cleaning staff were very nice too, as was the reception area. Would return and recommend.

The elevator. It was undergoing maintenance twice during our 9 day stay. I'd suggest they change it to a newer one that requires less maintainance.

Very comfortable bed, aircon worked well. Some noise from the street but we quite enjoyed hearing the hustle and bustle. Good bed linen and plenty of towels. Fridge and kettle. Amazing location, less than 10 mins walk from the train station and historical centre which is full of breathtaking buildings. Supermarket right next door which is very handy for us Brits to get milk for our tea (bring your own teabags though) Daily room cleaning if required. Room was a good size. Decent breakfast, although you will have to pay an extra €6 pp. Would come again.

A little tired around the edges, but not too bad.

Nice location, 5 min from the train station and 10 min from the city centre. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants just the next door. The staff at the hotel was super friendly. Overall, experience was amazing.

The only small complain which I have is the size of the shower, however, considering nice and old style building where the hotel is located, it's acceptable

Room a little underwhelming , for a 3 star location had a different expectation, just looked a little tired.

The hotel is cozy that we felt like we were home during our stay. Staff was very friendly and our rooms were cleaned everyday with the option to make coffee. Rooms have a small fridge, spacious closet, safe, tv, and a big mirror that made me happy 😃 The breakfast was affordable with enough choices. And lastly, the 2 rooms I reserved and requested to be next to each other was granted.

The rooms are not sound isolated but we understand that this is an old building. The room next to the street could be very loud early in the morning and evening from the market vendors busy with their stuff. Luckily we are not sound sensitive. The other room occupied by our kids are safe from the outside noise.

Great location about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and short walk to the main square with the Cathedral. Spacious, clean, comfy room with daily cleaning. Breakfast was easy but good value for 6€ per person. Helpful hotel staff, WiFi worked well.

No small fridge in the room. Coffee Machine didnt work.

The hotel is located in one of the most central streets in Florence, you could go everywhere by foot and the distance from the train station, Santa Maria Novella, was 5 minutes. It is also close to the flea market of leather products. I loved the fact that everyone was friendly, especially the receptionist in the morning, who was so kind and polite. My room was not ready the time I arrived, so they gave me a better one and the day of the check out, they could keep my luggage in a safe place. The hotel has a bank in front of the building, a supermarket and many restaurants and cafes. Trattoria Zaza, one of my favourite in Florence, is two minutes away!

The room was okay in terms of cleanliness but it could be better.
