This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel .What i like more there are the central location, perfect cleanliness, friendly staff. You are in the very center of Florence, very close to all the main attractions, but in a quiet street and when you are inside, you have silence and you can sleep very well. The room is very clean, you have a comfortable mattress and pillow, the bed linen is perfect . If you need anything, the staff will always help you as soon as possible. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around, the good food court in the central market is very close too. The central station is nearby and it is very convenient if you travel by train. I can highly recommend this family hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the city center. The location is perfect for exploring, with everything just a short walk away. Despite being so central, our room was very quiet and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although breakfast wasn't included, she generously offered us coffee and some snacks in the morning, which was a lovely touch.

The bathroom ventilation didn’t work well, making it feel stuffy at times, and maybe it will be helpful if the rooms had an iron

Fantastic location! The accommodation is great and the kitchen area fantastic with generous supplies for breakfast and drinks. Alessio was very kind and helpful.

We were disappointed with the room allocated for a 5 night stay. I understand I had booked an economy room but I think there were much nicer economy rooms than the small one we were given. It didn’t spoil our stay but we felt a bit cramped and a bigger and brighter room would have made our stay even better!

Daniela was very good in supporting all the way before and arriving. Location is great . Room size and ammenities good too.

Our sugestión is to provide more detailed information about parking. We got list with waze and ended in area with infraction. Foreigners need to have more information on how this works and even the link to get to the hidden parking, that we missed. Having extra pillows would be great.this is helpful for those people that ha e reflux.

I liked that the tv had you tube because that meant I could watch content in my native language. The place was quiet & had a refrigerator in the room. It was easy to find and not too far from the train station but also close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The staircase was well lit, but since the lights were activated by a motion sensor, one had to keep moving for the lights to stay on. Not really a problem, but something to remember when going up or down.

I really liked my stay here. It was neat and clean and the bed really comfortable. It was quiet and the temperature just right. There was heating put on as the weather changed. It was family run with courteous and kind treatment. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room then also a kitchen with complimentary coffee and cakes for breakfast. I could leave my bag there on the last day before my evening flight.

No lift, fine for me but maybe an issue for others.

We had such a lovely stay in this place. It is located less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and in the old center, close to all the main attractions and sights. The place is situated in an old bulding; rooms are recently renovated, but in a clasic way, extremely clean, with all the amenities included, bed very cosy and comfortable. Danielle is such a nice host, she provided all the steps for our self check-in very detailed and we received every morning in our room a ‘small breakfast’ even though it was not included in the booking- just part of the house. :) strongly recommend, will definitely book this place next time in Florence.

Well-located, at a walkable distance from practically everywhere. Lovely decoration, friendly staff and some free items for breakfast. Wonderful!

The shower head holder in the bathroom was too high for short people to reach/use. It's also a pity the stove in the kitchen was not available. Everything else was perfect.

Soggiorno Pezzati is a fantastic place. The rooms (and the whole place) well designed, clean, comfortable. Very close to all the interesting sights, but also to a less crowded, less turistic part of the city. The host was super nice and provided some snacks for breakfast. Additional plus: tea and coffee in the room and a common kitchen with all the supplies. Highly recommended!

Lovely little unexpected snacks like cereal and yoghurts for breakfast, easy check in, nice and accomodating staff, great wifi!

Ok for me but good to know it is a two floor walk up. My room had a window up very high so I could not look outside
