Located close to restaurants and the famous attractions. Owner very nice and sent the code to get into building as flight came in past midnight. Room had air conditioner which was much needed and thankful to have in the heat. Despite facing busy street, room was quiet. Shower had strong water pressure in the morning and evening. Coffee with breakfast was delicious and owner made it. Breakfast was eaten in the room on a table. The bed was comfortable, but a bit too soft for me as I prefer firm due to back surgery last year.

Was on first floor and stairs were steep, no elevator available, definitely difficult if one has mobility problems. Breakfast daily, consisted of 3 different types of bread/pastries, flavored yogurt but fruit was not available. Bathroom door was very narrow and the counter space was limited by the sink.

Walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. So you cannot beat the location at this price although it wasnt cheap. Very easy self check in at any hour and comfortable bed. The location is the best thing about this accommodation (10 min most on foot from the Duomo). Good water pressure. Clean. Other rooms were way bigger than ours.

On 2nd or 3rd floor of a building, no elevator so if you come with a large suitcase, it may be difficult. We didnt have so it wasnt a problem. Our room faced a very busy road so although we stayed with the wooden curtains on, there was still noise from outside. The thing I liked the least was the breakfast. I knew it was a B&B but do yourself a favor and have breakfast outside. It's not worth the money, either in terms of quantity or quality.

We liked the location of this guesthouse, it is close to historical centre so we walked everywhere. Also the breakfast was good, every morning host prepared the breakfast with toast, coffee, orange juice etc... The room was big enough for two persons and there was enough wardrobe to put all our clothes and other stuff. There was no problem to access to the facility, with either a password or key tag can be used for unlocking the doors. The guesthouse is 7 min walk away from the train station so for us it was easy to come to hotel by walking from the station.

The air ventilation of bathroom can be improved but apart from that we have not experienced any issue in the room.

The accommodation was nice and convenient. Fairly close to the train station. It was clean and comfortable. The instructions on how to gain access were pretty clear.

There was no one at the desk upon arrival, so it made it hard to pay the tourist taxes. Make sure you do it before you leave or the host will literally hunt you down and waste your time with everything except the information necessary on how to pay. It would be more convenient if they would allow us to pay through the booking site like the other places. Other than that our stay was fine.

Good small hotel, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral or train station. Few shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood which are cheaper that in the town centre. Owner is a very lovely lady. Fridge, water machine and kettle are in the reception area, not in the room, but it is not a big problem, you can use them anytime. Reception is not 24/7, but it is easy to communicate via booking. I messaged that I will actually arrive earlier, and my room was ready for me. You will receive a fob to open front door.

Breakfast is good as you will be full, but everyday is the same and only sweet products are available (croissants, bread with jam or nutella, biscuits).

Really great location, in less than 10m walk you can be at the Duomo and its really straightforward to get there. The area is also well served restaurant wise. Was really easy to find the property and get in using the information provided by Nina. Bonus was also having breakfast every morning. Grazie Mille Nina, would def stay again

For those of you that dont like soft beds (like my sis) you might find it less comfortable. I had no problem at all (we were on the same bed)

Cicerone Guesthouse in Florence was a fantastic choice for our stay. Its central location was a real highlight, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the city had to offer. The hospitality of the host was great, adding a personal touch to our visit. Each morning, I looked forward to the delicious breakfast served at Cicerone Guesthouse. It was a perfect way to start the day and provided a taste of local flavors that I truly enjoyed. All in all, this guesthouse provided not just a comfortable stay, but also a welcoming experience that enhanced our time in Florence.

The B&B is easy to find and at a good location. Quite close to the train station (for all of you arriving by bus or train), and just 5-10min away from the Cathedral square. Getting in was quite easy (with the code to enter the door). The bed was super comfy and nice to sleep and relax in. We got the wrong key and couldn't enter the room later that day. Luckily, the communication with the host was great, and she reached out and helped us get in straight away. Having the possibility to leave our luggage there after the check-in, so we can spend more time in the city carefree, was quite nice.

The street outside was quite loud, even at night. Also, the room was a bit small, not a lot of space to open and reorganize the suitcase (but was manageable). There is breakfast (one paistry of choice, coffee and juice) but you have to take it to your room and eat there. I enjoy eating in the dining area, but having some coffee and food is still nice. :)

Check-in was quick and easy - we arrived while the owner was present. We had a small room with a private bathroom. The bathroom was "roomy" for European bathrooms. We had enough room for our belongings. Enough outlets for charging devices. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. There was a small table with two chairs. We had to leave the first morning before breakfast was to be served so the owner showed us where to get some breakfast croissants, baggie for taking the food "to go", and where we would be able to make coffee and get water. There was not a "view" from our window but this did not matter because we were not there very much - the room was very nice. I would stay here again. My travel group was one parent and one teenage daughter.

The flight of stairs we had to carry to get to the lodging. This is the only think I did not like about the place but it was only one floor up however the first floor must have a very high ceiling.

Perfect little room, just as the photos show. Newly done bathroom, as the photos show. Very comfortable bed. Cute little breakfast tray to collect from the kitchen area from Nina in the mornings between 8-10.

I understood that the tea and coffee making facilities would be in my room but they're in the common area when you enter the guesthouse. Minor inconvenience.
