The property was very beautiful and peaceful. We loved our room and the surroundings were perfect. We arrived a little later than expected and the time for a swim outside was very short but it was pleasant the same. The nature walk to the big Oak tree was very beautiful. The toiletries were very nice.

We couldn’t use the inside pool as it needed to be booked and it would have costed us another 60 euro in two. The price should include the use of all facilities without booking. Our stay was very short as it was just for a stay overnight and we would have used it just for a very little time. Not all stays are the same. Maybe they should consider this.

EXCELLENT! Very much enjoyed our stay, it was very personal and very relaxing! We kicked off our first night with wine tasting with the owner of the vineyard who sat down and talked us through all the wine and spoke about his family and how the farm became what it is. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were great! We didn’t use the spa so unable to comment on this but hers from other guest it was amazing! We spent our second day by the pool which was lovely and finished off our evening with horse riding on a local farm! Overall was a lovely enjoyable stay. We will be back for sure

Our room is was very dark - expected form an old farm outbuilding so not really a complaint as we didn’t mind but for other guests this might be an issue.

Fabulous staff, from late night reception to the breakfast! This was a very last minute booking, due to a delayed flight, after booking and informing the hotel we would be later and later due to continual delays, the staff were nice enough to call and give us instructions on how to get in after hours (this was after another hotel cancelled our booking when we said we would be late). Room was basic, spacious and clean. Ample parking. Dog friendly. We have starred it for a future visit!

I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a negative, but be aware the road to the entry is unpaved and can appear like you’ve gone the wrong way - but it’s not :)

Nice location in the vineyard and olive farm. Jogging and walking options in the property, short drive to the Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Alta beaches. Good quality local wines and oil, pleasant outdoor restaurant. The owner/sommelier and staff were attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed wine tasting. Large room. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, fruit, a lot of fresh bread and cakes.

Our bathroom needed better cleaning and some repair. Hotel access via very bumpy and dusty dirt road. Overall, facilities seem to be in decline from the 4 star heyday need better maintenance.

The best place in Toscany!!! Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Alessandro ( the owner) who creates a warm atmosphere and gives his heart to this wonderful place!! His biological wine and food are delicious! Beautiful nature around. Rooms, swimming pool, spa are very good. We're just in love with Montebelli Agriturismo & Country Hotel, and for sure we'll come here again!

It's a bit of a wild ride into the grounds on a dirt road, but once you are there, there are wide, generous spaces for the hotel, pool, restaurant, and recreational facilities. The wellness center seems to be new, and was very nice. The restaurant serves good food in the tradition of the area (including dishes like wild boar). The pool is large, and the poolside bar service was very nice with good cocktails in the afternoon. The breakfast was perfectly good and in the norm of what would be expected from this level of hotel. Good-sized room. And although they warned a lot about bad WiFi reception, in fact it worked very well the entire time, all over the grounds. (Whereas cellphone reception was indeed sometimes problematic.)

There was little to object to. The pool area doesn't have a lifeguard, and sometimes it would have been nice to have somebody to restore order when the guests got occasionally too "playful" in the pool. Guests would do well to heed the hotel's advice to consider it a vacation in nature on the grounds, because it does take a while to get out of the grounds to other places such as the seacoast.

Breakfast was excellent and so was dinner. Excellent service by very kind people who, with reason, were clearly very proud of their work. Don't forget to try the wine from their own vineyard.

Nothing really. We had some trouble in finding the path of a walk through the vineyards :-). The bar at the pool could have been open more often, but that's a detail.

We loved the location of this property. It is so very quiet and peaceful. We went on a lovely walk through vineyards and olive trees and saw loads of wild boar and their offspring. The restaurant was nice with good food and good value. Our room was very spacious and clean with a rustic feel.

The Wi-Fi didn’t worked at all, the phone signal dead, breakfast was not available sometimes. when we asked for food in the morning they said that there is no staff in the kitchen which I found not right as long as we paid for the breakfast.
