Lovely hotel right near the concert I was attending. Lovely view and large size room with en suite. Beautiful patio with view of the pool (couldn’t use due to it raining everyday I was there).

Bed was hard as a rock, something common here in Italy I have found. Not sure if they just enjoy hard beds here, or they like torturing the tourists, but every place I have stayed in Italy have had extremely hard beds!

Our room was spacious and lovely. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Maria was absolutely fabulous and organized a taxi for pick up from the bus, she was messaging us keeping us informed. Travelling around from NZ can be hard but Maria made it easy. Top service! The pool is wonderful everything is close and in walking distance. The food is amazing. We will definitely return!

The location, the staff and the food were all great. We loved the pool and rooftop hot tub. Our stay was completely enjoyable! We will be back!!

The bed was firm and not as comfortable as my bed at home. We think that the firmness might be an Italian preference as it was the same at most of the places we stayed during our trip

It’s location incorporating peace and quiet as well as being close to other leisure and natural facilities and gardens.

The fact is it does not yet have evening dinner facilities which is fine if you want to go out every evening particularly when the setting and swimming faculties are very good.

Amazing. Would stay here again but for longer. Staff absolutely dedicated to making you welcome and comfortable. Excellent amenities, the breakfast was varied and the pool was fabulous. Villeroy and Boch crockery for breakfast!! It was so Italian you do feel like you are on holidays.

Pool was amazing. beautiful building. Young girl at the bar was wonderful and enthusiastic. Great location to explore the older parts of Gardone.

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned (some crumbs on the floor and dusty under the bed and on top of the minibar cabinet (unfortunately for my hat!). The soap saucer and toothbrush holder in the bathroom were both badly chipped, which seemed cheap not to have fixed. Despite saying toiletries were included, there was no shampoo or conditioner, which was disappointing for a 4 star. No tea or coffee in the room either. The hot breakfast options were limited and unappealing.

Friendly staff, very dog friendly, very nice and clean room with a great view. Perfect location. A lot of green areas. Perfect for the dog. We will come back soon 🙂 Dinner at the partner hotel savoy. The dinner was delicious.

The hotel bar. No experience in mixing cocktails. But the staff is so friendly and there are other drinks to choose. So not a big deal.

The breakfast buffet was very good. There was a large selection of food and all of it was delicious. The service was great, too

The bed was firmer than I am used to.

Everything was great at Villa Sofia. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the view, the pool and the lovely lady in the reception. And the location. The hotel also had a privat car park.

A great place to stay for relaxation and to see the sights of Garda. The pool was excellent and the staff were really great to deal with.

Bed was a bit hard but that’s a minor complaint!
