The hotel is good and very well positioned. On the other hand, a big minus is the parking and here I want to comment. Do not try to park in the private parking next to the hotel. The staff is rude and you have to leave the car keys with them. The solution is to park in the public parking, which is in front of the hotel. Park on the blue line and know that from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., during the night, it is free. We paid 8 euros/night, from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m.

I'm not downgrading for parking, because it's not the hotel's fault. On the contrary, the lady at the reception offered me the solution.

However, it's important to note that the television lacked popular Smart TV applications such as YouTube and Netflix, which could be disappointing for those who enjoy streaming their favorite shows and movies. While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive. This could be a drawback for travelers who rely on a reliable and fast internet connection for work or entertainment. The windows in the room overlooked a courtyard wall. Given that this was a standard room, the view was as expected and not a major issue. The room was cleaned daily, and I was impressed by the quick and thorough housekeeping service. Moving on to the bathroom, it was spacious and featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch for those who enjoy a relaxing soak. The presence of a bidet was convenient, and the provided shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion were appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides in the bathroom. The ventilation system was not functional, which led to some humidity buildup. Additionally, the drainage in the bathtub was not effective, which could be inconvenient during showers.

Perfection. This is a great hotel in a very beautiful part of the city. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice gym, in which I really enjoyed working out. Good laundry service when we needed it. Clean and fresh room. We booked 3 nights at first but then we decided to stay 3 more nights. It’s been a great week. The full package, really. Thank you so much! Definitively one of the best hotels we stayed in over the years of many travels. Top. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked the location and that even thought it was a single room, the bed was larger than a normal single room bed. The bathroom was also massive and it's a dog friendly property.

The window looked out into a triangular alleyway with other windows, so you can't really leave your curtains open or other people can see into your room and vice versa.

It’s so clean (not only the hotel and room but the smell is also very clean) and quiet.

When I sit down on the toilet, the sink table is really close so I don’t have enough space for right side of my body. One staff at the breakfast kept looking at my plates so she can clean up as soon as I finish. It made me feel a little uncomfortable and couldn’t relax.

Hotel organised a taxi from the airport, which was great, as we had had an early morning flight & were not looking forward to looking for transport on arrival. Arrived at the hotel very early but, the room was ready & the staff could not have been more accommodating. Lovely room. Paid for standard & knew that it might be on the small side but there was plenty room for the two of us. Bathroom was modern & spotlessly clean. Excellent shower & deep bath. Great choice of food at breakfast time & plenty of it. Staff continued to replenish right up to the end of service. Ate in the restaurant a couple of times. Not an extensive menu but, there was enough choice for us & both meals were excellent & very reasonably priced. Very easy to walk to all the sights & plenty transport close by, with a bus stop outside & train 10mins walk away if we wanted to go a bit further.

Central position, ideal for visits to the centre of the city, yet in quiet place. Breakfast quite varied in choices and good quality. Good beds and linen.

The room and toilet size is rather small, ideal for business trip, rather tight for vacation needs or stays longer than two days. Machine coffee at breakfast is not the best choice for such a venue in the center of an Italian city. Harder pillow option should be provided for Personnel not too enthusiastic in attitude, yet not unpolite, very neutral No parking option, the hotel should definitely have an agreement with nearby garages, fares are sky high, as a city hotel they should provide favorable fares for guests, you are left on your own if you go with a car

I give 10 / 10 with pleasure. The staff has been so thoughtful. Able to check in smoothly. I was given a great family room. The shower the bed the temperature of the room everything was perfect as i entered the room.I have rested like i never did in a year. The room was excellent. We had kids and they were able to sleep seperate comfortably

The hotel was in a perfect location to fan out and explore Genoa. Easy to navigate from there. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff helpful.

We found it odd that in this day and age the elevator to the rooms of the hotel is 10 stair steps above the entrance level of the Hotel. I do not think this physical barrier is in compliance with accessibility norms.

NH Genova Centro has a convenient location, and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm, but the hotel feels quite limited overall. The public areas are empty and lack atmosphere, with no real taste in the decor. It’s a functional option, but don’t expect much in terms of ambiance.
