The host was gracious and kind and the room was wonderful. There were delicious, freshly baked cakes at breakfast everyday and freshly prepared coffee. He was very kind to chat with me at breakfast everyday as it was my first time in the area and I was by myself and he was very helpful in suggesting local attractions and sights to explore. The property is set back from the busy roads and very quiet and peaceful, but very easily accessible to town and the main highways.

Only that I was not able to stay much longer. It was a fantastic experience. :)

The countryside experience was so refreshing. The host was extremely friendly, made homemade cakes and baked goods for breakfast and was contactable at any time. She made a big effort with our 1-year old daughter and this was a delight to see her so happy. We got to share breakfast around other travellers and chat to them about their travels. A heartwarming stay and lovely charm to the B&B.

Fantastic B&B! We have driven around Italy several times now using probably 30+ different types of accommodations and this property is one of the best we have stayed at. The welcome from the owner Paolo, the rustic but modern house and the room were perfect for the price. Quality bathroom furniture including `rainforest` shower head and very comfortable bedding and a communal kitchen including a fridge available to use. Yes, its rural but for some this is ideal with free private parking outside. For us it was a convenient stop between cities but being on the border of the most beautiful part of Italy (Tuscany and Umbria) it is in the centre of many fabulous hill top town areas and other known tourist towns. Breakfast included we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Nothing. Everything was superb

A beautiful house located in a quiet spot in nature but also 10 min drive to great restaurants. The lovely hosts accepted us with a last minute reservation. Such a cozy and homey stay in a rainy day.

The only thing I could say bad is that there is no kitchen to use for the guests.

The property is set up with lots of love for detail and I felt instantly welcome and home. I had everything I needed in the bathroom (hair dryer, soap, clothes dryer etc), the kitchen and the bedroom. The host was very welcoming, very much recommended!

Donella is a wonderful host, everything was above and beyond. The house is beautiful, the rooms are tidy and cozy. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, we talked a lot and had the possibility to meet the other guests. The house is situated in a rural environment but surrounded by historical places.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioner and the heat was a challenge.

Such a peaceful house,clean and well maintained. The hosts Paulo and Donella weree so friendly and they provide with the best hospitality. The breakfast was amazing and I was sorry that I had to stay only for two

A quiet home with a comfortable room. I enjoyed the breakfast. I appreciated the very clear signs to the house from the main road as I couldn't find the lane in the gps

The stairs to the second floor were narrower and more difficult for me as I'm old

It was very nice to stay with Donella and Paolo. All looked very nice and were clean and cosy. Would defenetly stay again. Thanks for hosting us :)

We loved our stay here whilst we completed the Via di Francesco. Donella and her husband were fabulous and so accommodating. Very clean and a lovely breakfast provided.
