They granted us our desire as Muslims, and they also made the swimming pool special for us as a Muslim family from eight to ten o’clock. This hotel was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! The location was perfect, close to hiking, but quiet and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, clean, larger than expected, and had an incredible balcony with a mountain view. Those things alone are deserving of the 10 stars, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond. The staff is super friendly, and made us feel at home. The breakfast and dinner were both incredible both days we stayed, and the spa amenities were even better than expected. I looked forward to returning back to this hotel every evening after a long day of hiking, truly everything you could ask for!

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had a huge triple room and the decor was simple and clean. Just how I like it! Half of the hotel is a traditional cozy chalet-style hotel with large rooms and woodsy decor. The second building is the Mountain Sky building, which has a more modern aesthetic. The rooftop pool is amazing! The photos don't do it justice. With tons of space for lounging, you could spend your entire day there enjoying all the spa amenities and the view. Breakfast has many options and is perfect before heading out for a day of hiking. We enjoyed one dinner service with the set menu (with salad and dessert buffet) and choices for mains. At $10 for hotel guests, it is a great deal! Laion is a little community high up on the hills. You will need to drive the winding road to the main highway to get to Ortisei, but is well worth it for the views! Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel is in Laion, a 15-20 min drive to Ortisei, so location wise it was great. The room was big and clean. Dinner went above our expectations, the cannelloni and the deer were great. The staff was perfect, very kind, warm and understanding (especially the girl at the lobby when we checked in). Although we arrived late on the first day and dinner was finished, they still let us take some dessert.

No air conditioning, but we left the window ajar at night and it was fine.

You ever like a place so much you're afraid you'll ruin it by saying too much good about it? Well to be fair to the owners and operators of this hotel, I'll share anyhow. This was the nicest hotel stay I think I may have ever had. The beds are comfortable. A robe/slippers are provided for every guest. The meals were lovely. As a small hotel, everything was conveniently located to every room. But the best? A rooftop pool with fresh drinks, with the most expansive view possible. To soak and look out at all the peaks around you, thinking of your last adventure and dreaming of the next one (trying to spot it in the distance), who would have believed such a thing was possible. All this and surrounded by a calm, quiet little town, birds, farms. My idea of perfection. I would absolutely recommend this for a honeymoon for a couple not interested in going out late at night. Nature lovers' couple escape dream.

A very nice place. The room was comfy, breakfast was great with a wide variety, free underground parking made our lives easier. There is a rooftop pool on the second building which my kids loved with complimentary towels and poolside snacks. It's location is great for exploring the Ortisei area and hiking trails.

Dinner took a long while to be served, which was suboptimal when little children are involved.

A really great stay. I booked a single but received a good sized double room, which was clean and with up to date decoration. There is a well equipped gym, the pool which does get busy, sauna and steam room and relaxation area. I included half board, which was well worth the money, great food, and options with a new menu each evening, including weather and tips of things to do. The staff were very friendly and made sure you had everything needed. Additionally As a guest I received the sudtirol mobil card for free public transport and a pass for the seiser alm cable car. Well located for the bus stop, and also range of hikes from Lajen itself. Definitely somewhere I’d love to stay again.

The renovated part was exceptional. We stayed in the family suite it was huge clean and very comfortable. Food was amazing. Different variety of choices every evening. Breakfast was amazing too

The rooms in the old part of the hotel are a bit outdated and small but yet they were very clean and had everything we needed

the heated pool has an incredible view as shown in the pictures plus a big area to relax with a view, they also have a corner with tea, water flavoured with lemon, and fruit. Very good sauna. people working there are all kind and trying their best to provide the best service. I have booked a room in the old part of the hotel, very nice, clean and spacious room where I found two bathrobes and two towels for the spa area. To go from the old part of the hotel to the pool area the underground passage was great to go to the pool without going out. breakfast with everything possible, dinner with a salad buffet and soup plus a primo and secondo and a big buffet with all kind of sweets and cakes. I loved this place and wish to have more time to stay more.

the heat was turned off and the room was cold but we almost did not stay in the room as we spent all the free time in the pool and the spa area.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice lady who turned out to be great :) The room was perfectly clean and was comfortable. The ski room in the basement was absolutely adequate. We met nothing but great people throughout our stay - the staff. The amenities of the hotel, like the rooftop heated pool and ample parking were a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend the accommodation because of that alone. And then there's a separate chapter: dining. We had paid for breakfast and dinner. The breakfasts were excellent, can't complain about the variety and quality. And then dinner.... Can't complain about the quality and variety, but neither can we complain about the quality of the food. Of course again with great and friendly service. So there is nothing left but to thank once again for everything.

We didn't like that we had to leave :)
