First of all this property is very nice,we had the upper suite that has an enormous veranda with at least three separate seating areas. It is very close to the old town 5 minutes max. Free plentiful street parking. Nice shower,bathroom tight but ok. There are two AC units and one controller functions for both. Breakfast was fine but see note below. Very quiet appears to be safe location.

We have a lot on our agenda when we travel this 0830 to begin breakfast service does not work for us,maybe that is not an issue for other travelers. No elevator so be prepared for 2 to 3 flights of stairs. They are not too steep.

Located next to the old town of Lecce (just a 5-minute walk!) the property is quite stylish and so is its manager, Daniel. Our room, ONE, wasn't that big but was clean and accommodating. The common lobby, where breakfast is served, is very chic and creates an intimate atmosphere. Btw, breakfast was excellent, served both ways: Italian and continental. Luckily, we parked our car in the street, in front of the guesthouse, free and safe.

only one observation, not a complaint - bkf starts at 08:30... for me, as a tourist, that meant I could start my "discovering day" at 09:30, circa... not quite convenient (however, ask Daniel, if you need an adjustemnent - he will find a solution for you)

The location was just a very short walk from the gate into Centro Storico of Lecce, and a few minutes to Piazza Duomo. Our Host, Daniele was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was attentive to any request we had. He provided a lovely and satisfying breakfast every morning. Out top floor terrace was beautiful and gave us a view of a belltower within the walls. It was also easy to find free street parking each day, right on Toma Street.

It is a top floor suite, therefore there were at least 3 flights of stairs to climb.

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the old town, with free street parking directly outside the apartment. Daniele, our host, was so helpful and communicative before I arrived and during. There was a cute breakfast room with a continental buffet breakfast and the best pastries for each guest. Would definitely recommend and stay again

As a solo traveller, i initially wasn't keen on the old style door to my bedroom.. but as there are 4 rooms within the apartment, there was a sturdier external door, and having met the other family staying, i felt more comfortable.

The B&B impressed us with its remarkably friendly and kind staff, who ensured every interaction was welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the 24-hour access to coffee and biscuits was a delightful convenience, perfect for any time of the day or night. The excellent location also made it easy to explore local attractions, dine out, and access public transportation, which greatly enhanced our overall experience.

One minor drawback was the light from the hallway and breakfast room, which tended to shine around the edges of the bedroom door. This could be a slight inconvenience for those sensitive to light while trying to sleep.

Nice apartment, Danielle was an excellent host, with many recommendations for dinner and even lend us an umbrella for the beach. Rooms were confortable, with different decoration (ours was a bit cluttered), and a nice common space for breakfast.

Breakfast was fine, we had to ask for things that run out, like coffee, juice. Some pastry was set as breakfast was ending which was strange. There is a long stair to the first floor, not a problem for us but to take consideration if travelling with lots of bags.

Lovely character property close to the old town. Everything was very clean and decorated with artistic touches. The proprietor met us at the property and was friendly. There was a fridge in our room but you had to use a kettle in the communal area.

We made the mistake of bringing one large suitcase rather than two smaller ones so we managed it down the stairs (as the proprietor kindly took it up for us on arrival). The breakfast focused towards sweeter tastes.

There is plenty of living area in the suite, with all the essentials you need. There is also a very spacious terrace to relax on. Daniele was super helpful and friendly and was always quick to respond to messages. Good breakfast options are available each day. The entire establishment was clean and tidy. Great location to the old town, couple of minutes walking distance.

Nothing not to like.

Daniele (the host) was so friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect - it’s about a 10 minute walk to Lecce town centre. The room was really comfy and had a lovely balcony. Danielle surprised us with a lovely and carefully thought through breakfast every morning.

The room & the apartment are beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the great breakfast. Our host are very helpful with great communication. The appartement is very well located at 5 mns from the historico cento, very convenient. You can easily park your car nearby the apartment. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place in Lecce.
