Boutique style hotel. Newly renovated, great location, beachfront, shuttle services for activities. Top notch customer service, friendly and professional staff, kid friendly… I can’t say enough. Out of all the hotels we stayed in this was one of our favorites during our three week 10 year celebration. General manager and manager Domenico knew how to treat their clients and staff with 1st class customer service. We felt right at home as though we were with family. It’s obvious the staff here is treated right as the staff here eager to please and happy to help. There was not a disgruntled employee or customer in sight. From the late night milk served to my daughter before bed, to the candy offered to my son, the most lovely servers… I can go on and on. We had a series of unfortunate travel incidents unrelated to the hotel. The staff treated us all with so much love and support we felt right at home. Being a country where spoke so little of during some unforeseen circumstances, however we always managed to communicate with the help of our friends at the hotel. Location, pool, beach were all clean and service was perfect. Dinner was really excellent no need to search for another location unless you were up for exploring. The water was just magical!! Albatros Hotel is just a few minutes from many attractions with shuttles provided for those uncertain about driving in a foreign country.

Absolutely nothing they were fantastic! I only wished I had booked a room with a view. Our room was a great fit for our family of 4 however would have loved a view (especially for our 10 year Anniversary). We only had ourselves to blame for not booking it when it was available.

Albatros Beach Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spotless facilities and a stunning location by the crystal-clear sea. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a delightful array of both sweet and savory options, including freshly squeezed orange juice that was simply divine. Dinner was a culinary highlight, featuring gourmet presentations of delicious local dishes that truly celebrated the region's flavors. I can't wait to return for a longer stay in the summer. The convenience of having direct access to the beach right from the hotel was truly a highlight. The continental breakfast at Albatros Beach Hotel was a culinary delight. The variety of options and use of fresh produce showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. Whether it was a leisurely morning enjoying the view or a quick bite before heading out to explore, the breakfast experience was consistently delightful. The staff was always very kind and helpful. We notified them that we would arrive much earlier than the check-in time, and although the accommodation didn't promise anything certain, the room was ready and waiting for us. The hotel has been beautifully and tastefully renovated. The new hydro pool was a special surprise. It's just a few steps away from the beach, where we could leave our belongings without worry on the private shore. They even brought drinks from the bar to the beach at the hotel. The à la carte restaurant offers truly special and delicious dishes. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle as well. They cleaned the room nicely every day, tidied up, and changed the bed linen every other day. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Thanks for a wonderful stay to stuff , especially Titsiana (my apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) at the front desk! I would like to thank entire hotel stuff, great attention to the details we were treated like dear guests. On day of departure we left hotel very early, there were two boxes with breakfast waiting for us at reception, it was really nice gesture. The warmth we were treated with felt like true southern Italian hostility. Our room was beautiful and clean. Nice beach area, plenty of space, comfortable lounge chairs. I would love to visit this place again.

Location is good, the beach (private and free) is across the road, nearby are restaurants, buss station to Taormina is in 5-7 min walk and the train station (trains to Catania, Messina) is in 1 km distance 10-15 min walk Hotel has the evening transfer to Taormina and return

Breakfast menu does not change for 9 mornings very expensive beach seats & umbrella. The bad location of the lounge bar -right under the rooms windows, because of this the balcony is not private and it is noisy in breakfast and evening times. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy. The choose of "Large double bed" in standard double room is the variant of joined together two beds with separates mattresses

The hotel is very new and fresh and very nicely designed. The staff went out and beyond in their helpfulness and were also open and kind. There is a great shuttle service from the hotel to Taormina for a reasonable price as well as a shuttle to the airport in Catania. The breakfast was excellent. They also have a beautiful beach area with great service during the summer season. The food and service of the restaurant is good. Our room was quite big and well designed and the extras such as bathrobes, flip flops and a beach bag with beach towels and a drying rack for your beach things on the balcony were really thoughtful. We also had an excellent view from our room and balcony. They have a lovely dipping pool by the entrance and a shower, which was perfect to cool down at the of end your day with refreshments after the beach.

We were off season so there was less service than during the high season. I imagine that there would be a better atmosphere with more guests hanging around by the bar if they had a permanent bartender. Although their staff was always helpful to run over when needed. To enter the lobby you need to go down a staircase. There is a handicap lift but I am not sure if it was in operation. As it was off season with more pensioners, I did see some struggle.

We thought the breakfast was excellent. Great choices. Healthy and fresh. The bar was ok. The bartender did not mix a good drink. But she was friendly. The bar was boring, more because there were rarely people in the bar and when they were they were a bit dull. The reception was great with the exception of one experience with someone who seemed to not know what they were doing. The "lifeguards" were great. The lido was clean.

There was confusion about the pickup time in Taormina. That needs to be better communicated. We were given the arrival time back to the hotel instead of the time to leave Taormina. I felt terrible I made people wait. I thought I had 15 more minutes.

It was very clean, everything was great, dinner as a three course menu as in excellent restaurant, staff was always very helpful and kind,beach in front of the hotel, everything what u need if you want to relax, and stuff at the restaurant really made our vacation even better, they are very kind , funny and they Make a Great atmosphere there, right people at the right place
