Room decor was stylish and elegant. Furnishings were all opulant and impressive such as marble floors, Murano glass chandeliers, TV discreetly hidden behind an ornate golden mirror and bidet! USB charging ports by the bed were a godsend as we had forgotten our Italian plug adapters and wouldn't have been able to charge our phones after our late arrival. Shower was powerful and heated quickly. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning / heater work impressively quickly to heat the room. During our entire stay we didn't hear any sounds from other rooms. Location was ideal. 5 minute walk to the water buses with quick access to the other islands. 5 mins the other direction lead to a beautiful secluded beach adjoining the adriatic sea. On the promenade, metres away from the hotel were various restaurants, cafés, bars and convenience stores. Very useful to have access to everything so close. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. More than happy to accommodate a flexible late check-in time. They were attentive to all our needs and eager to enquire about any difficulties or issues so that they could rectify them. They encouraged us to make use of the speciality coffee machine in the comfortable foyer which was delightful. After a long day exploring the labyrinth of Venician alleys it was a pleasure to make use of the lift/elevator facilities up to the second floor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would absolutely recommend to others and fully intend to return.

The hotel is very nice and has obviously been very recently fully refitted so all the furnishings etc are new. The communications with the hotel prior to arrival were friendly and helpful. The staff at the hotel were charming, friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was a good size for our stay of 6 nights and was cleaned daily. Everything was very clean. Below the hotel is a restaurant which is pleasant and friendly, serving a good variety of food. At the time of our stay they were not serving breakfast but there is a good coffee machine in the reception lounge area with pastries and cake. The location is excellent too, a few hundred metres from the main vaporetta station on the main avenue, so access to/from Venice and the airport is very easy.

Great choice of breakfast and you couldn't fault the location. It's conveniently placed in between the Vaporetto stop and the beach - Perfect. We also enjoyed a great evening meal for which we were given a 10% discount as staying guests. The staff were great. Junior was particularly helpful on the last day.

Only small niggle, but the in room Tea/coffee could have been topped up and milk to be provided. More UK channels too. But very minor things - didn't ruin our stay in any way.

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel that surprised me with its approach to guests. Despite not having purchased breakfasts, every day I was surprised with delicious and aromatic coffee and a sweet treat for breakfast. It was an amazing feeling to feel appreciated and accommodated, even though I did not have a breakfast package. This small gesture showed me that the hotel staff truly cares about their guests' satisfaction and does everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the decorations created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and always willing to help, which made me feel at home. As a frequent traveler, I can say that this hotel is of a very high standard. Free coffee and sweet treats are just one of the many aspects that make hospitality in this place exceptional. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Gorgeous property, gorgeous attic suite. Very reasonably priced and felt luxurious.

The property is located on Lido, which does take time to get to via Water Taxi. Keep that in mind when planning itineraries. The attic suites use a traditional key for the door, and you only get one. If you plan to be with the one you are staying with all the time, no biggie, but it requires some additional planning if you don’t plan to.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Its location is perfect, just a 5-6 minute walk from the water bus station and 10 minutes from Lido Beach. The receptionist was polite, and all the staff were cooperative and attentive. The room was also nice and clean.

There was an annoying sound from the bathroom and occasional noise from adjacent rooms which disturbed our sleep.

Quiet rooms, exemplary cleanliness.The hotel restaurant is not expensive and the food is very good. I recommend the hotel to everyone :-)

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's a five minute walk from the vaporetto stop, and there's many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I stayed in the off-season so there was no breakfast service but there was always fresh coffee available in the lounge. The room was spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. This was my first time staying on the Lido and I'll definitely be back!

You have to take the ferry to get to Lido. A return ticket with the car was €70 (price also depends on how many people are in the car). The water taxi into Venice is €10 for 75min p.P. or €25/day/person. It leaves every ten minutes.

We stayed in the hotel in November. There are no duvets/quilts, just a very thin sheet to cover yourself with. Additionally you can use some brown blankets or put up the thermostat.

The location was ideal. Bedrooms were warm and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced

Breakfast or lack of was poor. Small selection of cakes with a drinks machine. The lack of decent selection was the reason I rated the hotel poor value for money. I can understand that for seasonal reasons breakfast may have been limited but as there is an on-site restaurant there maybe could have been a pre order option!
