Breakfast was wonderful. The property was beautiful, room was spacious and perfect for our family. Location was perfect.Close to the docks yet set back from the street.

All good! Best place we have stayed so far. The thing to complain about is the ferry ride was very rough with many people getting sick. I understand that was due to bad weather conditions that occasionally happen. Still our stay was worth the not so ferry ride.

Could not have asked for a better stay on Lipari. Large room with outdoor space and view of the pool. Equipped kitchenette, beautiful landscaping, lovely breakfast. Private and quiet. Very welcoming staff, perfect location just a few minute walk from the main ferry port. We fell in love with it so much that we extended our stay for two nights. Can’t wait to go back.

Everyday clean room. The one woman which speaking English on desk is very helpful,( second women speaks just italian) Big room with balcony. Good place. Everything is near. Kitchen was a bonus for us!

Just small thing. Kitchen doesn't have something for wash and dry dishes, but we bought it and it was all right👍

such a beautiful property in an excellent location (via a “secret” entrance-ask the hotel for directions before you arrive) which makes it 2 mins from town. amazing pool area, do ask for a ground floor room if you have a baby as we did (with a free upgrade).

only thing I’d advise would be asking for dishwashing equipment which will be provided and also bring mosquito plugs!

Room was quiet with nice balcony overlooking the hotel gardens. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel pool looked clean and in good condition, although we didn't use it, and the gardens were quite extensive and well maintained.

Our room was on the first floor, up a set of stairs with no lift, and we had to carry our suitcases up the steps.

Quiet garden lovely pool in the heart of Lipari - so close to restaurants shops and boats to other islands. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was tranquil yet close to the ferry and walkable to the Main Street.

It had a kitchen with pots pans and dishes, but no soap, paper products or kitchen towels to cook or do dishes.

.a gem of a hotel just a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The gardens are like an oasis, the pool well cared for and the breakfast lovely. The room easily fitted 4 of us. Would highly recommend

Location is great! Very nice pool and the staff is very very friendly and helpful

The light in the living room is too bright, there is no option for low light after the baby sleeps in the room and we wanted to eat dinner in the living room. Also lack of very basic stuff in the kitchen like dish soap and sponge

Lovely Gardens and pool. Peaceful, whilst being close to town. Good breakfast cake!

Slightly thin walls, could occasionally hear activity in adjacent bathroom etc. Minor gripe really!
