Beautiful property, gorgeous staff, eager to please. Room was lovely. Massive bathroom with a fantastic shower.

Nothing really to criticise about the villa, but staying in Tuscany requires a car and someone always needs to be the designated driver which limits its appeal as a food/wine destination. You have to drive to everything. Forget organising taxis. They are virtually non existent. Also be aware that the villa does a basic continental breakfast and decent coffee, but that’s about it as far as an onsite restaurant is concerned. One suggestion I’d make to the villa is buy an iron and ironing board. It’d cost €100 and it’s absurd that the villa provides no ability to press anything!

What an amazing place and experience! The rooms, the building, the breakfast area, the garden, the pool, the view... it was fantastic from every angle... and the staff was even better. We have never met friendlier and nicer people ever! Agnes, Tania and Gianni all went out of their way to help us with all our needs, even our car problems. I can only recommend this beautiful villa and this really great group of people who work there. Thank you guys for all your help and for an overall wonderful experience! GRAZIE MILLE!  :)

that I had to leave this amazing, relaxing place and such kind-hearted people :)

The fairytale villa is set in the most beautiful and tranquil location with panoramic views over the valley and hills so that you can see the mist rolling in over Tuscany and watch the landscape change with the sun. Location wise, this place is perfect: In Loro Ciuffenna, you will find multiple excellent restaurants where the staff are passionate about their produce and wine, and all at a reasonable cost. Close by are the magnificent Pratomagno mountains, and the breathtaking viewpoint of the Croce Del Patromagno, which you should definitely visit. At the villa, all of the staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere is one of calm and happiness. The gardens are beautifully perfumed with flowers and rosemary, and the pool area is relaxing and has sun all day, overlooking the fantastic view. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. We relaxed and slept brilliantly in our room. Breakfast is a cheerful array of home made goods, pastries, yoghurt, cheese and meats and fruit and lovely coffee and teas, set in the charming garden or inside if rainy. Agnese and Ginevra were so helpful, recommending to us that we hired a car (certainly a must for this location) and, when I called to say I had left an item of clothing in the room, they posted this to me immediately. We thank you so much for a brilliant experience and look forward to seeing you again!

The breakfast was light and delicious. The property was exceptional, offering stunning scenery that enhanced our experience. The staff were warm and friendly, with Tania and Agnes standing out for their knowledge, hospitality, and welcoming nature. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, wine tasting, and olive oil tasting, and even took the initiative to make reservations on our behalf. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere of the property, which provided exactly the respite we needed.

Only good things to say. The grounds were stunning. The staff was the most welcoming and kind individuals. The location was gorgeous. We traveled with our 10 mo old and 2 year old. The staff were so sweet with our children and the space was accommodating. We stayed in the apartment which they set up an infant pack n' play for us. The breakfast the staff provides in the morning is exceptional. The lunch you can order was also amazing. We did not book our stay long enough!

Before this palce we stayed at Reganano Sul Arno. At Regnano sul Arno the place was nice but not welcoming at all, besides we had car problems. At one point decided that need to shift environment for personal reason, we chose out of instinct and moved at the last minute to Villa Belpoggio, the minute we arrived we found a very welcoming Sig Gianni. We shared our concerns and helped us imemdaitely, he went out of hsi way to ensure that we had all the assisatnce that we required. We than met his colleagues Ginevra, Agnese and Jessica and they went out of their way to make our stay as homely as possible. I recommend this place to anyone who is searching a home away from home, peace and quiet.

Nothing really

The views from the pool and the rooms were amazing. The property is covered in flowers, and the rooms are tastefully renovated and decorated. The A/C and the stone kept the rooms cool in the summer heat. The staff were really helpful, responding to our questions on WhatsApp quickly and providing takeaway containers for our breakfast.

Nothing. We loved it.

Location isn’t that close to anything really significant but much within a reasonable drive. Great stopping point in a multi-stop tour. Highlight definitely Assisi but Arezzo’s Logia Vasari we’ll worth a dinner stop.

Breakfast the only slight disappointment, compared to other hotels, but partly because there were few guests staying at the time.
