Almost everything was great.

The only one a bit annoying detail: there is no stuff elevator, so in the first part of the day, when everyone goes to breakfast/out, there is a long long wait until the elevator arrives and even if it will, sometimes the stuff with huge carts are inside, so there is no way anyone else would fit. More vegetables during breakfast would be great!

Standard bed and bath; both clean. Small fridge in room. Supermarket right next door. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Very easy to take the bus (€.1,50) to Venice (purchase tobacco shop). You are in Venice in less than 10 minutes.

I did not get a welcome feeling from The lady (blond hair) at the reception desk. Looked like she did not want to see me before 15:00 to check in. She did not look at me when talking to me. I arrived early and there is a possibility to wait on the 1st floor leaving my luggage in a room ( unattended) downstairs but I chose not to do that. I was not permitted to stay inside downstairs waiting. So I just waited outside of the building for 2 hours. When I entered the building for the 2nd time I saw a couple sitting there and they told me they are just waiting.

Wi-Fi, the television, comfy bed, nice room, perfect location, easy access to Venice on the bus, good value for money, friendly staff, would stay again.

I have no complaints except one, that really did bother me. The room was super clean, however, no linen on the bed and just a duvet? I only had linen on the bottom but I roll around as do others and I’m sure that you don’t clean the duvet. I would recommend adding sheets protecting both sides as it looked stained in places, to be honest it didn’t make me feel very clean in the bed. I don’t know why a hotel would have a bare duvet with no sheet to be honest, it’s a hygiene issue.

The staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast buffet was great with lot to choose. A huge supermarket called Interspar nearby. Another supermarket called PAM just next door. Mestre train station very close, matter of ten minutes walk. Our check in was at 3.00pm. But we got the room at around 11.00, just paid 25 euro for early check in. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Very easy to take bus to Venice. Beds and pillows are comfortable.  Reception staff are helpful. They allowed us to store our bags after check out free of cost. That was a bonus. Overall, we are very happy. My family really enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

No option for vegetarian at breakfast. It would be great if they could write ingredients names on a paper and put it next to the items. Rooms have got only two pin plugs. They could have given the adaptor at the check in time. They did later when I asked for it. In each room, they can put at least one three pin plugs, so that people like us who travelled from UK will not have any issue. Floor numbers are confusing. We stayed on the second floor. Our floor number was 12 instead of 2. Some part of bedroom floor makes sound, though not too loud during the day time. It can easily disturb family members are asleep at night.

The location is great. Getting to Venice is very easy, bus 4L available at the station in front of the hotel every 10 minutes. Huge hypermarket available nearby. Rooms were clean, and cleaned daily. Wifi connection available, although not really stable.

The pillows and mattress are really hard/stiff, not the most comfortable ones. Sound isolation basically doesn't exist, we could hear our neighbors singing. The A/C randomly started working in the middle of the night ( keep the power button pressed to turn it off). The windows were sweating, and in the morning it was pretty chilly.

Very clean and modernly furnished. Great location, bus stop opposite the hotel. Bus 15 taking you to airport in 25 min Bus 4L taking you to Venice in 20 min. Supermarket next door. Cheap cafes and restaurants nearby. Yes, it full of 5+ floors buildings, but it feels relatively safe even if there are a few beggars around. Could leave luggage on the last day. OK breakfast.

Rooms are a bit small, with lack of space between desk and bed. The room key #1219 was a bit problematic, to open the door first and then had to play a bit with it to keep electricity running.

The location is prime! Right in front of the bus 4L station that takes you to Venice (1.50£ per person one way ride - 3 stops around 13minutes). It has immediate access to a large supermarket, McDonalds and other shopping areas in Mestre. Offer’s parking spaces in front/on the side of the building but in order to use them you need to download the ACTV app where you can pay the parking fees (0.80€ per hour for as many hours as you need, we paid for a day and a half around 10€) The price for the underground parking in the hotel is 20-30€ per day. You can pay for coffee cups and capsules for the machine in the room at the reception (1.50€ for 2 capsules + powder milk + everything else you need) The rooms were clean, and with new furniture. There is an elevator, air conditioning, TV etc. The price for the accommodation was ok for the level of comfort and everything else.

The mattress on the bed was a bit hard for my taste, but non the less ok. The air conditioning in my room was a bit weak, but in comparison to our friends room - their’s is super strong so I guess it’s just the short straw. The view was not impressive at all - looking at another building but maybe more expensive rooms have a better one.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our bag before/after check out and they also provided us information regarding transportation to Venice and searching for alternatives for our train travels due to the train strike.

The breakfast was great except the staff members who were not welcoming and rude. Guest were not treated respectfully and we felt rushed to eat because they started to clean up right at closing time making everyone feel we had to rush and finish because they were closed. One of the servers was very rude and scolded a couple for exiting through the wrong door by mistake. It was so embarrassing. It was sad.

Excellent location. Right in front of a bus station to get to Venice or Marco Polo airport. Rooms are renovated with firm mattresses, excellent for sleeping. Breakfast is very basic but useable. With only one variety of eggs (scrambled probably made from powder).

Although sheets were crisp, & bathroom too, the room floor seemed to not be vacuumed when we entered the room. Also breakfast should be more varied, especially part of eggs and desserts. It's a shame for Italy to serve everyday the same old sponge cake for dessert. Add Crostata for example. It's a standard for every hotel in Italy!

Hotel staff in reception was very helpful, special thanks to Jonathan who arranged us the room quickly for early check-in. We arrived Venice at 6am by night train and entered the room at 10am. The hotel rating on Google maps is underrated, we didn't take the breakfast but there are many places around to take breakfast. Bus station in front of hotel is very useful. There's grocery market as well. Walking distance to train station (two bus stops). Very convenient and worthy stay. Will book this Hotel again for sure next visit.
