Beautiful big room, nice central location, nice staff and reasonably quiet.

Was a bit weird that the guy who let me in, hung out on the balcony smoking.. the stink wafting into my room.

The room was very big and comfortable, the apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen (although not so well equipped) available. You share them with two other rooms. The bus station to go to Venice is right around the corner and it takes 15-20 minutes to get there. The room was clean and there is a good supermarket (Pam) downstairs. There is an elevator in the building. Good value for the money.

The kitchen could be better equipped. There was not one cup for coffee, and also no forks, for example, and you are not allowed to cook. The mattresses are not the best quality, and the room is not well isolated, so you can hear some noice from the streets and from other guests. For us it was no problem, but it could be.

Everything was ok . Exactly like the pictures . The room and toilet was very clean and the kitchen had enough equipment to pass couple of days . Close to the bus to Venice . Easy way to visit the city

The staff asked me to make it. Check out 10 am and pay 4 euros tourist tax each person for a place without a private toilet .

It was really easy to get here. The host is very friendly, the rooms have enough space. You can check in early enough, if not you can leave the luggage in the room already. The beds are extra comfortable. There is a fan in each room which is nice for the hot summer days but it is bearable. Right next to the Apartments are some sumpermarkets & Cafés where you can get excellent coffee. Can recommend, it's perfect for a trip with friends.

The kitchen does not have enough dishes, unfortunately.

Good location, good price, peaceful place. The bus is right next to the appartment to go to Venice. The host is truly helpful by providing clear guidance and recommendations, and also, he was amazing by letting us store our luggage after checkout.

It could have been cleaner. private bathroom would be more convenient.

I had a great time here, you do share the apartment with another room but I didn’t have an issue with that (The other ppl in the apartment were surprised though). Great security, close location for getting in to Venice, decent price. There is a kitchen but don’t expect to cook any meals there. Nice host

Getting in contact with the host was a little bit difficult at first, i got there early and was wondering if I could leave my bags but couldn’t reach anyone.

The room was big enough , the toilets were very clean despite they were shared. The location was very good , there is a bus 2 min near the apartment to go to venice center. The boy Thom was very disponible and kind , and helped us with everything we needed . I recomend this apartment.

The room was very comfortable. It contains a large bed, a table and two chairs, and a mini fridge. It's about 15 min walking distance from Mestre train station where you can take a 10 min train trip to Vince island with a high frequency and for only 1,45€. There is a hypermarket next by (Interspar). The host was very nice and welcoming. It's a great value of money.

Very big and clean room with a small fridge.The staff was very kind and polite.They accepted our check in earlier than stated on the booking so we can enjoy a full day in Venice.The bus station to Venice was exactly in front of the building.The shared bathrooms were very clean as well.

Staff was very supportive and available to help all the time. They provided all the Information we needed. Location was perfect with 15 mins bus to city center. Bus stop is below the building. Everything was expected. They allowed us to store luggage even after check out for few hours.
