Stunning view from the room & swimming pool. Small scale residence run by a very friendly family. The host gives you suggestions to visit the region. Excellent service for laundry refresh. Well situated to visit the beautiful lake Como ( Villa Charlotta - Bellagio - Mennagio - Milano - Como - Greenway walking trail - Villa Balbaniello - rent a boat ... ) Plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We were in the annex appartment. The appartment is clean - plenty of space - but could use a refresh (furniture/beds). No airco ( better for the climat - but hot ). There is always the fresh swimming pool/garden to cool down and the beautiful Como region. Overall we had a very good holiday

We absolutely loved this place. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely pool and stunning view from our balcony. Very friendly hosts. The apartment had everyting you need for preparing meals and a good place to sit and eat. I highly recommend this place. We had a car to take us there but i guess that if you come by foot you will have a challangeing walk uphills. Wifi worked exellent.

The beds and pillows where a litte to hard for my taste.

The space in the unit was nice to have. Clean . The pool facilities and grounds are perfect. We only were there for a couple of days, so we were not able to enjoy residence as we should have.. lots of information and very happy to assist you at the reception area, opened daily in the morning.Paeking which is key. Parking in front of the building was great for us, as my partner's has had a few hip surgeries and it made it easy. We had the top floor room, which i didn't know when i booked. So we were pretty shocked when we had to climb 3 flights of narrow stairs. 😂 But we made it every time and were pretty proud of ourselves. I would recommend a room on the lower floors as they have a balcony and you can sit out and the views are better. I say this as the windows on the top floor are not at floor level so when looking out you had to be sitting in a chair to see the entire lake. So no balcony on this room or floor. I would recommend it for long stays as i said we were unable to enjoy the pool and grounds. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful room and squeaky clean! Everything was immaculate in the room and we appreciated the basket of essentials- oil, salt, pepper, jam, instant coffee, etc. as well as a bottle of water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed having a fan to keep us cool at night. Loved to walk around the surrounding towns. The family was really helpful with suggestions on hiring our own boat to explore the lake.

The pool was pretty cool in early Sept. but kids were still swimming in it. Keep in mind the hotel is on a hill so while you can walk very easily to Lenno, it is a strenuous walk back uphill.

Very organized and highly responsive hosts. Stunning view of the lake with the sunrise from the bedrooms. One member of our group took a dip in the pool and loved it!Spacious rooms and clean. There is a nice bakery nearby.

No elevators - so challenging to bring up our luggage Up and down hilly terrain - but very doable.

beautiful location with a fantastic view, well equipped rooms and size, great pool and sweet and helpful owners of the hotel.

If you don’t have a car, it is a bit far away from well equipped supermarket. Not many restaurants in the neighbourhood but nice ones in the nearby towns. Note the rooftop rooms are extremely hot in the summer with no air conditioning, only a fan.

- Hosts are super friendly and very responsive, easy and swift communication - Location is great, view is exceptional - Swimming pool with reserved space and chairs for each room is very convenient, no need to look for place each time

- during summer months it might get hot on the top floor and conditioning would be great to have. There is a fan, but it is too loud to sleep with it - we love to have coffee in the morning and we would appreciate a coffee machine in the room or a possibility to buy a cup of fresh Italian espresso in the morning in the reception :)

Very nice view to the mountains and lake. Amazing place! The flat is comfortable, you can feel as at home. For familie with 2 childrens is the bast place for vacation. The pool is really good, clean and good depth, the children did not get out of it, we could spend the evenings peacefully while the children were swimming in the pool. The owner of apartments very attentive and careful.

We had a perfect stay! We were encountered with a lot of hospitality and friendliness by the hosts, they were always ready to help and supply us with whatever we needed. The apartment was beautifully designed and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, we did not miss anything. And the view we had over the lake was breathtaking!

Although it was a little hard to get to, the view was spectacular and worth everything. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. It is in a local neighborhood and we enjoyed walking down the hill to the towns near by.
