What can I say about this B&B: - the best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B: homemade cakes/pastries, fruit juice, tea/coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheese, bread, cereal, yoghurt. Exceptional - the breakfast will absolutely set you up for the day! - the hosts (mother and daughter Irma and Steph) are just the loveliest people. Again the welcome from them is the best I have experienced and I have been travelling for 4 months now. It felt like being at home with family. I happened to have a job interview whilst I was staying and they genuinely took an interest in how it went! Lovely, friendly people. - the room was clean, tidy and had all the facilities you would expect. Bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby! - was given great recommendations on places to eat and attractions/sights in the area. - was even given some cookies as a gift when I checked out! One of the other guest stays there every year - I can see why. I hope to return one day! If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in a picturesque quiet village in Italy with an amazing view then this is the place for you.

the staff is very helpful and welcoming, we felt like at home. clean room and comfortable bed. it's nice that they provide coffee machine, small fridge, tea, water, biscuits, tissues etc. in the room for free which is very helpful when you are tired after travel. Air-conditioning and wifi worked well. the breakfast was super good - high variety, not only sweet things which is rare in Italy - they even had good tea. The staff is serving you at breakfast. they offer home-made cafes with fruit from their own garden. Ca pinotta has a really nice garden, I recommend it for families with kids. The staff speaks Italian, French and English and is very friendly. very nice quiet area. good price for the quality.

the bahrooms were not the newest, but still fine.

The house was located in a small peaceful village in the hills above Lake Maggiore with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The bedroom was beautifully furnished and the bed extremely comfortable, with a modern ensuite shower room. Our hostess was delightful and provided us with a sumptuous breakfast. On departure she handed my wife a bouquet of flowers carefully selected from her garden.

Ca Pinotta is a lovely BandB located in a small lovely village high in the hills above L Magiore. The room and facilities were very good. The mother and daughter hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and there is on site parking. The location is away from the bustle and traffic of being alongside the Lake, but close enough to visit by car.

The breakfast was so good!! And the hostess were both so nice. When we arrived it felt like “home”. Our girls loved the dog Luna and they wanted to stay longer. We did a little hike in the area, we have had pizza at the lake and we went to Locarno. The two nights were very special for us all. So thanks a lot!!

Maybe a little balcony so we can sit outside when the girls are sleeping. The Garden was really lovely and you can sit there as well, but the Girls didn’t want us to sit there if they’re sleeping.

What a beautiful location. Stephania and her mother were exceptional hosts and were thoughtful to provide anything they could to make my stay better. The breakfast was amazing and the value of the stay was beyond my expectations. I hope to visit again and bring others.

Everything is awesome! From the rooms, breakfast, cleanliness and to hospitality. Irma and Stefania are the best hosts ever. Very friendly and helpful. We had a great sleep in the quiet quaint town up in the mountains and the breakfast was so delicious. The BnB is near the Santino beach, Toce Park and the Fishing center. Will def. stay here again ❤️

Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend. Owners are very welcoming, extremely nice people and very helpful. Location is very quiet and beautiful views as well

The accommodation was very clean. Parking at the house can be used. Very friendly, loving and helpful hosts. Great breakfast with home made cookies. We would happily stay there again. When we left, we were surprised with a gift.
