The proximity to the attractions and just a short walk from the rail station. Breakfast included was good. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. Complimentary umbrella for the rainy day was so appreciated.

We didn't like the fact that we couldn't serve ourselves breakfast from the buffet. With the language difference it was just a complication. Our first day in Milan and I didn't know how to ask for cold milk on the side. Got a jug of hot froth. I know how to say it now🤣 I wish staff had told us the quicker way to Duomo through side door of hotel on our first day instead of the last as it would have made our walk in pouring rain so much easier and quicker.

Great location within a short walk of Milan Cathedral. Great transport links with rest of city and airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean and spacious with 2 3/4 size beds. Beds were comfortable and room had effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and there was a good range of hot and cold food. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a short walk and hotel also serves dinner 7pm to 10pm most nights. It is an older hotel but very comfortable and well maintained.

location was outstanding. Right in the center of Milan near the Duomo. Housekeeping was friendly and room was clean and very spacious. Close to shops, restaurants and near a metro station. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Hotel and room was outdated (old). Bathroom taps were old and hard to use. Shower splashed water everywhere in the bathroom, floor completely wet. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel as stated. Only one powerpoint I could use to charge my electronics (far away from bedside table).

This hotel was perfect for our stay. Was a little anxious about what the room would look like after seeing photos online and was imaging a green room however our room was perfect and i can confirm it was not green! Infact it was very large! Our bed was comfortable, we had a balcony and our room was spotless. Very very clean. The location was amazing as its so close to the Duomo! Thomas was a lovely staff member, really helpful and so kind! He also made a lovely aperol spritz! All the other staff were also very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Milan!

It is near the Duomo and Vittorio Emmanuel . You can walk or take the train if you want. it is clean though it shows its age . The staff was accommodating and quite helpful. Breakfast was great, especially the coffee!

The place was stuck in the 80’s decor. There are homeless people at night around the mall which is by the hotel.

The location is really great, very close to main tourist points, restaurants and transportation. The breakfast is not a common self-service, as there is an attendant to serve you what you ask along the serving table. But you can ask him/her for what you want anyway.

Sometimes the staff is rude to serve breakfast as it may be there is a queue when waiting to be attended. Room Minibar was not working, but staff could solve the problem very quickly. Beds are twin, not double.

The hotel is very well located near the Duomo and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. The breakfast was very delicious and there was a wide variety of food. The hotel has amenities from another era, when Milano was visited by industrial executives, a shoeshiner and a trouser press. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Some carpets have stains but it is still very clean and the retro decor has its own unique flare.

Good central location, handy for Piazza del Duomo and attractions, Metro, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast options and service. Priced very reasonably for the location and facilities.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Decor is a bit dated.

Breakfast had a lot of things but you couldn’t reach the food and serve yourself as the buffet was behind a glass. You had to ask the waiter to fill the plate , for example 2 pieces of cheese, that kind of bread
