Great location. Huge double room with a lot of space to lay out your things. The option to have breakfast delivered to your room is fantastic. Staff were great with providing useful information. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Bed was hard. Bathroom needs to have more counter space. Toilet roll position can be placed higher up on the wall. Strange noises at night because of the aircon trunking (?) Breakfast options although good could be more interesting - more variety. Milano The Cult brand - bathroom shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided but supplier did not manage to provide refill on time. Hotel staff provided some other shower gel and shampoo though.

The location is hand down the best in milano for the price .. everything "EVERYTHING" is a walking distance from 2-10 min. You are in the heart of milano with the inconveience of transportation.. highly recommended. This the perfect defintion of a boutique hotel, small yet elegant, and the staff are very well trained and extremly proffissional and lobed the fact that they communicate with you through whatssapp making your stay extra cosy and special. Highly Highly recommended. The staff are extremyl helpfull from the minute you book the booking (even way before check in) until after check out. The hotel is nested within the best resturants, cafes, and shopping distinations. I would definitly chose it if I had to come back to milano. Dont miss the small bakery just beside the hotel.. they can arrange airport transfer way cheaper than the usual ways.

They are a boutique hotel, They dont have connecting rooms, not the best for family with kids, although the hotel did their best and gave us free upgrade to ensure that our rooms are next to each other.

Design and location!

Not the best fit if you travel with a lot of luggage, no bell boy and not posible to park in front of the enternece (it’s located on pedestrian only street).

This wonderful hotel is a gem in the heart of Milan’s central district. Convenient to all the important sites it offers a level of comfort and space not often found in other Italian hotels. Since there are only 11 rooms on the property the service is personal, efficient, and exceptional in every way. Amira hosted us with VIP attentiveness. She is personable and welcoming and made us feel like we were at a home away from home. The breakfast on the upper terrace is a treat in itself. The room was the largest we have had in Italy and the super sized king bed was luxurious and comfortable!

Beautiful property in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff cannot do enough for you. They booked excursions, taxis, restaurant reservations and do it always with a smile. They are all very lovely.

The rooftop area was a bit disappointing because if you wanted a drink you would have to call on the front desk for assistance. They did not have someone up there all the time which is understandable for a small boutique hotel. Also, when booking a double room, I would suspect that it is for two people. My son had a friend stay a few nights and it was an additional charge of 20 euros. Seems to me that when you are paying almost $500 per night that it should include 2 people.

Every individual I encountered was incredibly friendly and took the time to assist with everything from room needs to advice on the best places to visit in the city. Their willingness to go the extra mile, offering services like WhatsApp communication, in-room breakfast, and personal assistance whenever needed, truly makes a difference. In my extensive travels and experience with numerous hotels, The Street Hotel Milano stands out for its positive attributes. The combination of modern amenities, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice.

The Staff were fantastic, they kept in contact with us throughout the stay using WhatsApp, which made it feel that we had someone to talk to if we needed help or assistance.

There is nothing that we didn't like this was perfect in all aspects.

The staff of the hotel is exceptional. They will go out of their way to help and assist you to ensure you have a perfect stay. The hotel is at a the center of Milano 1 min walking distance from the main Duomo square and is located perfectly if you are on vacation. The building is newly renovated, looks very modern inside and is very clean. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh, high quality ingredients. They will even take into account any intolerances and adjust accordingly. If the price is right for you, I don't see any reason staying elsewhere.
