Steps away from the Duomo, the hotel had all the amenities for a good stay. Staff was courteous, everything was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good.

Good location for access to the Duomo and shopping area as well as many restaurants at all budget levels. Was able to store luggage after check-out for almost an entire day without an issue. Room was clean. Bathroom was pretty nice, just watch out for that one step up getting in and out of it!

I am listing this on all my hotel reviews for Italy...the beds there are not super plush beds like you may find in other parts off the world and I found that the pillows are generally little flat pancakes. I assume this is a cultural thing or a budget room thing vs. what I am used to so it isn't necessarily a "what didn't I like" complaint as much as a "set your expectations about Italian beds and pillows" comment if you are used to a big fluffy bed and pillow topped mattress. ha ha ha

We stay at a room of the 9th floor with a side view of Duomo and it was beautiful! Also the breakfast was full and nice! The room was clean and comfortable and beautiful as well.

We ask for a taxi the first day and they cannot book us one although they tried they couldn't find someone on the phone as they told us! Anyway the last day they book us a taxi for the airport from the day before. I am just thinking that they must have a better conversation with a taxi company not something more.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their communication alone deserves 10 stars. We were met at the property and a nice man showed us around the apartment and give us a folder with everything we would need to get around Bologna. This added special touch was much appreciated. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage and nicely decorated. We stayed in Bologna as a base to travel from and found the location great for getting to the train station. We were also super close to many shops and attractions in Bologna itself. It was a nice surprise when we could see some of the old tall towers from the property. Thank you to the whole team for your efficient communication before we ever arrived in Italy and for allowing us to stay in your nice apartment. We will be back

The street the apartment is on does have a lot of wall graffiti. This is something I noticed can be found across several other locations in Italy, so this comment shouldn’t be taken in isolation. It was a shame though, as it let down the kerb appeal. But look beyond this as the street really is beautiful and I felt very safe here with my children.

Excellent hotel, a five minute walk from The Duomo and major shopping areas. Excellent breakfast with good choice of hot and cold food as well as cereals, cakes and pastries. Rooms a good size, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Fantastic rooftop bar with great views.

The bathrooms are a bit tired and could do with updating. There were only two sockets in the room, which made charging and using other electrical items difficult. The hotel has only one lift that stops at all floors, which is very small and very slow.

Brilliant location and staff were friendly and helpful, especially with quickly arranging taxis that were on time and reliable. The rooftop bar was fantastic! Great selection for breakfast. The room was comfortable and a good size. I enjoyed my stay.

A good breakfast selection in a lovely dining room. The sun terrace was a great start to our evening with fantastic cocktails as the sun set. The location was perfect being so close to the cathedral and in the shopping district. The room was a great size for three, amazing bathroom and facilities and a dressing room was a treat. 2 tv’s as well!

The room had everything good from a very comfortable bed to an extremely nice lighting and the shower omg . Breakfast was superb , surely you will find something of your liking because it has everything … btw they have extremely good Croissants !!! The bar on the roof too is very nice , inside a little small but the outside beautiful with amazing views . And you are only 2 mins far from Duomo and Gallaria di Milano.

Didn’t like the stair railing it’s a little bit old compared to the fact that the room is so modern.

Location was ideal, really close to the main square and metro. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was adequate, maybe could be a bit reacher based on the price.

The ceiling shower mode was not working, the water exits seemed to be blocked by water salt, I mentioned it to the reception but I understand that it was not something that could be resolved in a sort notice. Also the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos provided in booking which was a bit dissapointing.

The location and their breakfast were excellent! The rooftop bar was an excellent spot to have drinks.

The hotel and the room were comfortable but they felt a little outdated, especially for a 4-star hotel.
