Only location

The staff very rude not helpful not cooperative the bed shhets for first night we noticed its nit clean and there’s hair on it and when we asked them to bring new one they didn’t take it seriously after we insisted they came and they were upset and arguing all the time And the room bathroom they didn’t clean it by detergent inly by water the smell was too bad ,the room floor fileed with old bread pieces thaugt they Will clean it and everything I pictured it (photos) There is no hair conditioner no toothbrush and toothpaste and the lotion very very little only for one day the bottle is empty and everything I took photos for it on Sunday they removed the coffee machine in the lobby ,no free water I don’t know if this new policy has n hotels or only in this miserable hotel

Room is clean. Close to Milano Centrale station/ Centrale FS, literally the room view. A lot of eateries and supermarkets nearby. For Muslims, there are approximately 5 halal food stores and 1 halal supermarket within walking distance of the hotel.

The shower. The shower is very small. And the shower base is very unstable (somewhat like an elevated platform). You have to balance your weight on the shower base cause if not, the base will give way. Probably the most uncomfortable shower throughout all my holidays. The only displeasure for the stay.

Everything was perfect. Location: 1 minute walk to the metro (multiple lines), which allow you to go anywhere in the city within 10min- perfect for tourism. Parking: plenty of street parking available in front of the hotel which allows for cheap and easy parking. Hotel: beautiful top-end 4 star hotel with comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom. Air conditioning was good, which is needed in the summer. Free coffee from 8AM until 5PM in the hotel lobby. Checkout is at 12:00, which is later than most hotels, and checkin is at 14:00, which is earlier than most hotels. Friendly staff. Overall it felt luxurious.

The only things that were not amazing is that there is only 1 bottle of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. They should have these separate.

We definitely had an amazing stay at IH Hotels Milano Centrale , we were greeted by super welcoming and kind staff , that was there to meet every of our requests . The room was large , very clean and comfortable , and also was the bartroom . The hotel is right near the trainstation and the metro line so it was super easy to get where we wanted , and also , on the day of our departure we could use the luggage area for a couple of hours . We absolutely loved our stay , definitely recomend it and would pick this place for our next visit in Milano . Grazie di tutto !

Professional and friendly service. Really good. The room was a double, with an extra bed for our son. Not particularly spacious, but totally adequate. A very clean bathroom and an excellent shower. The breakfast was plentiful but a little bit on the sweet side, again with friendly service. 5 minutes from the Stazione Centrale trains, so a very good option if you need a place to stay before a morning departure by train.

There could have been a few more breakfast options, such as unsweetened yoghurt etc.

The hotel is recently renovated and everything is brand new. The room and bathroom were spacious and super clean and the staff at reception were so polite and helpful. A walking distance to the central rail station & the stop for buses that transfer to the airport - super convenient if your flight is early as was ours. I’d definitely recommend and visit again! :)

A bit difficult to find the address initially, but we called the hotel and they helped us.

Clean, fairly modern, good value, good location, friendly staff.

Great location, however you do need to be aware of which way you are walking at night. Some directions don’t feel safe, however, the location is really close to the station which is great.

The best part of the stay was the location. It was right across the street from the train station which was perfect for us. Not a long walk. There were plenty of food places around and at the train station. The hotel was easy to find. It was clean. The staff was great. No hidden fees. Shower was nice and the water was warm/hot. The room was cool for 2.

I have no complaints.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Centrale station so easy walk to and from Milan Station. The staff greeted us with kindness and offered coffee while we were checking in. The room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again should I return to Milan. This hotel showed us the true Italian hospitality. 👍

That the air conditioning was controlled by the main front desk.

Well located for a one night stay close to the train station. High standard hotel, but pretty pricey.

I wouldn't stay here for an extended trip as the area around the train station was a little sketchy. The hotel had a security guard/doorman outside the whole time, however.
