The room was great, very central location and very close to the duomo! Being quite literally in the main shopping street has its benefits as you can quickly relax after a whole day of running around. The metro and bus stops are also super close. Main drawback was the loud noise from the streetcars passing by, we are quite light sleepers so it didn't allow us to rest properly. But its a sacrifice to make when being so close to the centre. The cleanliness was good, not great. A kettle and mugs were provided but no water, coffee or tea which was a bit sad considering the price. Overall, good stay and very useful to have a luggage storage in the building.

The loud environment from the streets, especially during the night as the street cars are very loud.

We loved the JOIVY concept! Everything is fully online and automated, even the keys to open the door! Location is superb, Via Spadari is right at the heart of Milan, there could literally have been no better! Room was real cool - we particularly appreciated the availability of native type G (i.e. U.K., Singapore, Dubai) plugs that required no adapter. Will definitely come back - breakfast at Peck literally at 5 steps walk is surreal!

WiFi is functional but a little slow, perhaps due to intensive use in the area. Anyway, we were always too busy bustling around the city center so didn't really notice!

Nice apartment in the heart of Milan, just a few steps from the Duomo, Vittorio Emanuele gallery, Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, and the Metro station to reach anywhere. The place is just like the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen. It is a nice cozy apartment, and the mattress super comfy. It is very secure, he building have vigilant, and electronic system to enter, both the building and the apartment. The personnel is attentive and respond in short time.

You can hear some of the street noises, not much because it is a 4th floor, but I guess this will be a common comment in Milan, since they don’t use double glass. A nice to have: although it has a good security, it would be nice to have a safe deposit for valuables, e.g. passports, and a place to leave the luggage when arrive/depart before/after the schedule.

Easy independent entrance with digital codes. Clean and big room and bathroom.

Took me 2 days and 3 calls to get iron. And promised look to Doumo was not real..

As two young girls we loved that the entrance to the property was controlled by our phones which made us feel very safe and secure. It was modern, clean, comfortable. The location was brilliant (2 minute walk to Duomo) The air con was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was stunning and could see the Duomo which was a brilliant touch. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to all our family and friends.

- The front desk lady in the last day of my stay was rude and disrespectful, and I immediately called and raised an inquiry about it - the Nablen (tessue) on the room was not enough - there were a renovation in the front desk which made - there was no garbage can in the room (only in the bathroom - the shampoo holder was very very old, which made me could note but the soup on ot due to Iron rust Even though I have list of stuff I didnt like but hope you fix it couse sure will researve again with you

above a tram line so noisy. Automated key system so impersonal and my wifi didn't work outside at one point so I couldn't get into the email to click on the key link. not the fault of the property but could have been a real problem for me.

the check in process was difficult. directions were unclear and the security personnel were not able to communicate in English. 1: where to store our luggage was NOT 2 doors from elevator-it was down the hall. 2: our code to open the front door changed the 2nd day & we could not enter the building using the number that worked the day before.

Catalina, I believe that was her name, who was the receptionists, was THE BEST !!! She helped us with various problems and always had a smile. Thank You !!!

The people working in the booth when you entered the building were not at all friendly. They need some training on being more helpful.

- Annoying and frustrating that you cannot get into the building or bedroom without a smartphone. You had to follow a link and enter codes etc to open the doors. A simple key to hand would have been perfect. - kitchen top very small, couldn’t cook a meal and no microwave. Not much plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc
