The staff were really helpful and the location is really central. I could walk to Dumo within 8mins. Lots of food and drinks options. Pleasant stay for solo traveller.

The ac did not seemed to be working so I opened the window to allow for air flow. However, there were mosquitos when I opened the window, which was strange to me. Also, it’s right by a road, so for people who are affected easily by noise, this can be a nuisance. Lastly, although there is lift. You need to take 3 flight of stairs to get to lift. Just be cautious if you have heavy suitcases.

The property was clean. Location was decent. Price was reasonable.

The annoying system of building and room entry. Carrying 3 physical keys around. One for the building for weekend and after 6pm accessibility and another for the reception door and then another for the room. This is not a hotel. It is a group if 6 rooms with a private reception area within a building. Rooms are not soundproof if you are at reception. The lift is very old and small, it can only just fit 2 people with 2 suitcases. Then there are still stairs that need to be climbed which is inconvenient with luggage and could be a problem if you have mobility issues. This would all be fine if it was stated on the site so people understand what they are getting into. Rooms were dark, no ceiling lights only a few lamps.

The location was perfect for stay and the host was very helpful .

The property was on second floor and the lift was almost starting from first, so we had to climb up with our heavy luggages to get the lift. And there was no service for bag pick n drop.

The location is perfect for sightseening in the city. The main attractions are at very close to MAISON, 400 steps to Duomo and Rinascente, palazzo Realle and don't miss the exhibitions in there. Some steps more and you'll reach la Scala, the most beautiful opera in the world .If you like shopping, this is the right place and...a great choice of restaurants and eateries, mostly hidden in the small streets. Also the staff of MAISON is very polite , correct and ready for help.

It was so cold in the room, that I had to sleep dressed. When I arrived the temperature was only 8 degrees, at the room it was close to this

Watch carefully the check in hours as they are not stated where you could see them When booking, they allow you to choose a late check in hour, but then refuse as they do not have late check in available. They charge extra if you do not get to the location within their hours. We had several attempts to try and cancel a night because they didn t want to expect us arrive from the airport, even though we tried to explain they don t have the right information on the site. We were a bit dissappointed in this, first time that happened to us in Italy.

The property is within blocks of the Duomo... and there's also a Metro station nearby. Great place to organize trips from. Quality restaurants (and coffee shops) are just steps away from the main door. Very clean - and looks like staff/management really is interested in delivering a good customer experience. Check-in staff was very friendly (and professional.) My train was delayed and they made sure I was taken care of. Would recommend!

It required my needing to speak with someone to find the main entrance/access. (This was easily resolved.) It is not so much "didn't like" - the entrance just wasn't intuitive to me at night the first time. (The property is located within a multi-tenant building (which is not a problem).)

Great location in the heart of Milan (2 minute walk from the Duomo and underground’s) Staff were super helpful and insightful- recommended places to eat and visit as well as arranged late checkout and bag storage. Room was cleaned every day to perfection and coffee was restocked daily. Thank you BC Maison for a lovely accommodation.

It was very very close to the Milan Center, they cleaned our room every single day!!! The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and they had everything, little shampoos, at least 6-7 towels, we were really surprised how close it was to the center and how good the room was. Thanks to the lady who gave us a map and told us were the “important” places and places to see are, she also told us for a few very good restaurants.

what I liked the most is the location. it’s very convenient and 5 mins walk from the Duomo plaza. I love luxury and High fashion so it was easy to go shop, walk back, drop my shopping bags and go on many other adventures.

the room could have been a little cooler at night. since I can’t adjust the temperature, it was a little bit of a bummer. it would also be nice if you had a Do not disturb sign that guest could put on their doors if they don’t want their rooms to be serviced instead of the knock every morning.

Location is top, just next to the Duomo. You exit the Duomo metro and its like 100m far. Staff was super nice and helpful, even let us have the building and hostel keys to come later pickup our stuff after checkout as our flight was later at night. If you just need a nice and clean place to stay at a super convenient location, this would be a great choice.
