Location in the very centre of city. Very convenient for either walking or, if having to go further, by tram or metro. Friendly staff.

The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, but perfectly sufficient. Unfortunately there were bed bugs in the building. They returned some of the payment and closed the floor for disinfection as soon as we reported the bugs. Good luck!

Fantastic location, right around the corner from the Duomo and plenty of restaurants. The host was wonderful. The price was much better than other accommodation in Duomo. The room was a great size for the 2 of us.

Facilities were basic largely due to the age of the building but the air-conditioning was definitely appreciated and it was cheaper than hotels in that location.

The location was perfect!! The design was unique and something a bit different which we were impressed with.

The bathroom facilities probably need some maintenance and upgrading.

The apartment is really comfortable. Location is the best — 5 minutes to Duomo. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and kindly man.

The floors were dirty, the hair dryer did not have an adapter for an outlet. The bathroom has strange curtains and a lot of water gets on the floor.

The person who did our check in was very nice during the check in. Later we coundnt make the aircon work but we madr a videocall and he helped us. The location was amazing, litteraly 2 mins from the duomo. Very convenient.

We arrived at the place we were suposed to pick uo the keys but no one answered the door. There was no phone numer anywhere and we were starting to panic. It had a happy ending thoug, he was checking in other guests. I was travelling with my grandma and it didnt have a lift all the way to the 4th floir so that was a pitty and very hard for her since the last steps were very high.

a little hard to find the office when first checking in, but when we quickly found by someone with the property who then helped us through the process. Also, just consider carefully if you’re a tall person! Attic means shorter wall height :)

Everything was Neat&Tidy. Everything stocked up. Beds comfy. Got free coffee and dishes. It was a second home. Can fit 3 people aswell. Most the Major Landmarks are within 5-10 mins. The person who handed me the keys was nice and helpful. The caretaker i think he was was very polite and respectful even without speaking english.

I wish there was a hoover in there or at least in the hallway but that is Nitpicking, i would reccomend going and i will definitly go againm

Location was amazing, close to Milano Center. The guys at the main location when we went to collect the keys was extremely helpful, went with us to the property and got us to the room. Super clean, well illuminated, really comfortable beds. We loved the fact there's like two different room inside with a small kitchenette. We also kept our luggage for three days while we were traveling by train to Lucerne in Switzerland. Definitely recommend this place. We have a conversation with the owner when came back to puck up the luggage and the guy was super nice.

The only thing could be the ceiling but we didn’t hit our head or anything so you just have to be careful
