Near to the metro Station, very friendly personal. Shuttle to the airport with tesla and driver was high qualified. Good location for the visit some events in San Siro.

Climate system was poor

The personnel was very service oriented, the rooms are clean, comfortable and new. And it is literally 2 steps frok the subway/metro and a supermarket

During the night the place is sketchy, looks like around the metro exit and the park there are a lot of dealers, but it is out of the hands of the hotel, just something to be aware. And the breakfast should be always included in the price of the room or at least some coffee/tea or water. And not seen as extra.

The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. The location was also great. It was close to the arena where I was attending an event. It’s also great walkability — it was about a 20 minute walk to a popular shopping center (Zara, H&M, etc.) I also liked the pickup from the airport arranged by the hotel.

The size of the room was a bit small, but with it just being me it was okay. The room was super nice otherwise.

Really close to San Siro football stadium. Plus there is bus stop of Malpensa airport shuttle like 100 hundred meters next to the hotel. Greate choice if you are visiting Milan because of football match.

You have charged me twice for our minibar usage. We paid 9 eur to the receptionist the night before our leaving. But now I see on my debit card that you charged me another 9 EUR. Can you please refund this?

Mokinba Montebianco is located in the north-east of Milano city center. You will need a car of other means of transportation to get to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will assist you with anything you need. Rooms are clean, if a little outdated. My A/C wouldn't start, but there was a balcony door, which served the purpose. Parking is in the back yard and behind a thick steel gate. So nothing goes missing while you're there ;-) Right behind the hotel in the alley you'll find the "Ristorante Ranch Roberta". Great Pizza and very friendly staff. To walk your dog, you have the Parco Pubblico in 2min walking distance. There's an area especially for dogs, but you never know how they will behave... All in all, I can recommend Mokinba Montebianco to everyone!

Really nice hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, secure parking at location for a small fee. Metro right in front of the hotel.

No complementary water in the room. There was a carafe with water with lemon and cucumber slices in the lobby, that wasn’t refreshed for weeks, if not months. Looked and smelled like someone was drying to make a magical concoction. For such a nice hotel with a quite fancy appearance this was really a bummer. No watercooker or coffeemaker in the room.

The location is great. It is not right in the city centre but it is in a safe area and it is just 1 minute from the metro station with lift. It has a supermarket and pizzerias nearby. Love the balcony in the room.

It is not as clean as expected. Stains and hair on pillow cases and bedsheets. Yet, I tend to believe it is just an isolated case and simply asked them to be changed. The balcony is not clean enough but all other areas are very nice.

Modern and very clean room.

Even though our arrival to the hotel would be delayed, the staff did not bother to inform us about the fact that the reception would be closed and we almost missed our check in. I had to insist on reaching out to the receptionist via phone and email in order for me to get a reply.

Compact rooms but was enough for our 2 night stay. Right on the metro line. Friendly staff

Elevator was out of service so we were accommodated to the ground floor (yay, no stairs) but could hear the outside noise.

It was clean and a nice mini fridge in the room if needed. We didn't use but a nice addition and added touch. Location was great for metro or bus into Milan Town. Staff friendly and went above and beyond when we could not work out the key at first. WiFi in hotel.

Pillow was a little flat.
