Nice hotel, the stuff were friendly and responsive to all the questions. Good breakfast, enjoyed that the coffee was made at the bar, not instant or from coffee machine. Definitely will stay here next time.

It was a bit noisy from some nearest bar, but the noise stopped by midnight.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was really tasty, especially the cakes. There was a great desk light which was helpful when I was working on my PC. I was able to borrow an umbrella when it was raining. The location was good.

The tap for the shower/bath was so stiff that I could not move to change it from shower to bath mode the first night so I couldn't wash my hair. There was a flight of about 6 steps to get into the hotel, which were quite steep and difficult to negotiate with luggage, No staff were there to help with cases.

The staff was amazing very helpful , the room was nice and clean the hotel view was amazing from our room you could have seen the top of the Dom, the breakfast was very good ( you can find whatever you want) the staff from the breakfast were amazing (the gentleman from Argentina )

i think that the elevators were a little bit small and once in a morning the 2 main elevators were out of work buy a gentleman from the staff told us what lift to take instead so it was no problem they solved perfect the problem

I think the hotel's emphasis on sustainability is the most important aspect. The slippers were plastic-free. The amenities provided were placed in stone papers. So, I would like to congratulate the hotel management for their efforts for our environment. The location is great. Just a few minutes walking distance from metro and tram stations. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was quite good.

The room was a little small, but you can find everything needed including a small fridge. The elevators are also a bit small.

Great location in a nice suburb of Milan. Nice restaurants, etc in the area. Metro station is only 2 minutes walk so very easy to get the Duomo and the centre of Milan. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The shower was messy and awkward. Not properly sealed so water would spill and spray out onto the floor of the bathroom. A small thing but was a bit frustrating and could be easily fixed.

Pretty good hotel , the staff were polite and friendly, the place was very clean, the room was spacious, nice view, nice location next to the metro, the breakfast was ok, yeah I would recommend it.

Silly reasons following: I didnt liked the interior design of the hotel, bit outdated and random, specially of the lobby, looked like a public service lobby/offices, also the elevators were small and didnt had mirrors. also there were couple of high stairs at the entrance which makes it hard for accessibility , probably they have another entrance accessible for strollers/wheelchairs/big luggage

The breakfast was excellent and had a very wide choice of food to choose from. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent in that it is fairly near to the centre and, more particularly, close to an an underground station which goes straight to the Cathedral and also to the central station. There are also some restaurants close to the hotel

The location is great with cafes, restaurants, tram and metro all handy to the hotel. The room was comfortable and functional. Shower pressure was great. Porta Roma is a nice quiet area of Milan where there are more locals than tourists. It's only 3 metro stops to the Duomo and city centre which was a bonus.

The hotel was well placed, close to metro. Also there is what to see in that area. Personal was very friendly and helpful.

We wouldn’t call it 4 star hotel, as the rooms are a bit smaller, it didn’t have a balcony and the plugs don’t meet the todays standards. Also, the cosmetic set (shower gel/soap) as a standard component was reduced to one person per night (we were 2 persons) and if we wanted more, we had to call to the reception. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking so we had to drive to the garage that works with them and this was not included in the price, but it’s 19€/day and it was written before we booked a room.

the breakfast was really international what I most like it and the room very comfortable. the location doesn't need feedback because is perfect being full of services around and all walking distance.

the dimension of the room is not exactly like in other business hotels, it should be bigger but it's already good enough with all fundamental service so maybe just a price reduction can be appreciated.
