The Hosts are fantastic, very helpful and passionate about the area Guilio gave a very detailed breakdown of everywhere we should go in mondello and was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions during our stay. They put out a great welcoming breakfast of filled croissants every day and coffee, the location is perfect walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants in mondello

Personally we usually stay in apartments or houses when we travel, so staying in a BnB with other people in the common spaces took some adjustment but if you’re okay with that it’s the perfect stay in mondello

Our first time in Sicily with my fiancé was like a fairytale, and the amazing experience started with Mongibello and the staff to be precise. Before we even took our flight Giulio contacted us about our check-in and our arrival. He arranged a driver for us Fabio, who is a super cool guy, helped with our luggage and it was cheaper than a taxi. When we arrived Rosario showed our room, but before that he sat down with us and we talked about what to do in Mondello! He gave us restaurant recommendations, a little where to go and what to do. That happened every morning! The next day he gave us a quick rundown about Palermo too. We basically didn't have to plan anything as he always helped to arrange our day. That is the best way to avoid tourist traps and to soak in the local culture truly. Both Giulio and Rosario are amazing! They are really taking care of the place, getting fresh pastries and bread for breakfast every morning! We didn't try but we saw that Rosario also makes mean omelettes so give it a go! The rooms are nice and new, with your own balcony to chill and on the roof you can see the sunrise over the sandy beach of Mondello. It is a spectacular experience mostly because we didn't feel like we were in a sterile hotel environment but felt like joining a local family for a few days. They are making sure you are safe, you have their contacts in case you have any issues, Rosario even had time to play chess with us! (And he beat me badly.) They are promoting nearby family businesses, so you might get a discount here and there. Definitely put some money aside to hire a boat for a half day or full day! Visit the nearby islands, get a snorkeling kit and experience what Mondello can really give!There is not much to add, Mondello is beautiful and Mongibello is a nice place, but Giulio and Rosario will go miles length to make it a special experience! Highly recommend to go give them a visit you will not be disappointed!

The Location from the B&B was amazing. 20 min drive from the airport, bus station right around the corner, 20-30min drive to the historic center and a beautiful beach also right around the corner. We didnt really prepare ourselves before the trip but with Guilios and Rosarios help we had a great trip with sightseeing but also relaxing days :). They helped us whenever we needed information, a taxi, sunscreen, towels or the best spots in mondello and historic center. They were prepared for everything!!We could ask them any time and they gave us such a welcoming feeling. Thank you so much for this great experience and all the help we got☺️

Very good location, very close to everywhere, both to restaurants and to the beach. Room and bathroom renovated, very clean. Breakfasts is very good. The owner Julio is a wonderful man who tries very hard to make you feel very welcome, he gave all kinds of tips on what to visit and where to eat well. It made us feel taken care of and at home. Although the kitchen is a common area you can make yourself a coffee, tea or even something to eat at any time. Every day the owner brings fresh buns and of course delicious croissants. Due to the next guests we had to leave the room at 11, but we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the hospitality of the owner. Julio organised our transfer to and from the airport, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you Jullio for a wonderful stay and your care. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Great location, 5 min walking distance from the beach. Well-kept and very clean room. Air conditioner perfectly working. Also, we loved the scent of the shower gel, and the super fast air drier! The owners/hosts G. and R. made our holiday perfect: they are keen on providing any information you ask for, and they advised on the best restaurants and bars, as well as on the highlights. Their advice was spot-on, we tested them all!

The room is lovely, bright and very tidy. All furniture is brand new. The mattress is super comfortable! The balcony is very beautiful, surrounded by a wonderful garden, with the view of Mount Gallo! The room was cleaned daily, towels were regularly changed. Kitchen and dining room are very nice and well equipped. And location… It is definitely the best location in Mondello! Three minutes from the public beach, two minutes from the bus stop (the bus takes you downtown Palermo in 20 min), and three minutes from the grocery store. Many nice restaurants are just minutes away from the B&B. Giulio is a fantastic host! He is very generous, kind and welcoming. We made two mistakes while booking the room. First, we booked the wrong room, and then we booked the right room, but for the wrong dates! Giulio was very understanding. Not only did he let us cancel these mistaken bookings without charge (even though the bookings were non-refundable), but he also arranged the refunds with booking.com. We didn’t have to do anything. Giulio arranged for us transportation from the airport. He also arranged for us laundry service at a very convenient price. He recommended excellent restaurants, beaches, parks. Giulio is very knowledgeable about Palermo, and advised us on many historical sites we wanted to visit. He really went out of his way to help us with everything! We can’t thank him enough for his kindness! Veronica is awesome! She was always happy and smiling. She also advised us on some great places in Palermo. Everything was perfect! We wish we could stay longer!

Breakfast and cooking facilities were good. Position in Mondello excellent, especially the proximity to the moped hire place which was handy for me.

Locks on doors need attention. I'm sure that the owner will sort this out. Also, make sure someone is at the property when you arrive. I failed to do this because my phone wasn't working properly and was a little lost as no one was about.

Everything was perfect, since our arrival we were very welcome by Giulio and Rosario. Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarket, the village and bus station (if someone is interested to also visit Palermo historical center), the tips we received from them, especially about the restaurants, also made the difference! For the guests going by car, there is a big public parking less than one minute walking from the property and costs 3 euros the entire day.

Giulio was the most helpful host I have ever seen. From the first moment, he gave us a lecture about the surroundings, the beach, and Palermo. Thanks to him, we got to know Sicily like home. The accommodation was beautiful, harmonious, and clean, and from the roof of the building, you can see a wonderful view of the beach and the mountains. We fell in love with Sicily not only thanks to the great places and country but also thanks to Giulio. It's interesting how one person can change the entire atmosphere of your vacation and accommodation. He is willing to communicate with you non-stop, help you, even call you a taxi and give advice on what to do in individual cities and where to eat. Breakfast is also a highlight - fresh croissants filled with pistachio cream or Nutella, crispy baguettes from a local bakery, and cappuccino will start your day and reflect the hospitality and gastronomy of Italy. Thank you for everything, we recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the true experience of Sicily with a beautiful location and clean accommodation. Love it!

Rooms were very nice and clean. The rooms are beautifully designed. The property is super close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The property has a nice common area (kitchen, living room and balcony) which is good for meeting people during breakfast, etc and having a place to sit with friends I traveled with.

Nothing not to like. Great place and the host is on site ready to help with anything you may need on the property or in the area.
