The room and kitchenette were great with a superb view out to sea. The breakfast was great with a large variety. Really enjoyed having direct access to the sea.

Was not aware this is a large day resort. As there only 30 or so rooms. This meant when we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there was at least 500 sunbeds with as many people. The resort is remote and as the restaurant was closed Monday with nothing nearby. Having said that any food and drink we had from the bar, which was open until 7pm, was lovely

The nice bungalow houses were a perfect fit for our family of four. The kitchenette came in good use for the days we wanted to stay in and cook for ourselves and the patio was so nice to sit in and enjoy dinners. The rooftop provides for amazing views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. We loved the property itself and the direct access to the ocean which is very clear and perfect for snorkelling. We loved that the location and property is pretty quiet but since this is a suburb of Palermo a car is necessary. The restaurant on site was very nice and had a good variety.

The breakfast had limited options and if we arrived during the last hour of breakfast there were no eggs or pankakes left

The location was an outstanding display of natural beauty. Loved the huge pool and the property looked nice on the outside. We stayed in a bungalow. Local grocer across the street was very friendly as we purchased food items to prepare our dinners.

The bungalow needs an update. The bathroom in particular made the whole place smell musty and moldy. There were isopods or pill bugs on the bathroom and kitchen floors (yuck). There was no dish cloth or sponge to wash dishes or dish soap. The property description said sea view (could see the sea from the pool area) but it was on an upper terrace with no place to sit. The most convenient bus stop was a 30 minute walk.

The location was stunning with views of the mountains and right by the clear blue sea. The facilities were lovely and clean, no sand anywhere as have direct access to the sea with no beach. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from and there was also a first aid room as connected to the club. Food and ice-cream available during the day. Tennis and kayaking were a bonus for our group as we weren't sure if operating when we first arrived at the beginning of season. Would also recommend renting a boat from the pier beside the hotel, was a brilliant way to see more of the coast.

Although stunning, the location is a little isolated with not much immediately beside it. As mentioned in reviews before we arrived, the market across the street proved helpful. The cafe across the street was also nice, serving hot snacks and cakes. If looking for restaurants, Mondello is a 20 min walk away with some food options and a sandy beach. Breakfast was continental, would recommend arriving early as the days we did the selection was better. We witnessed and were informed that the buses are not to be relied upon. Thankfully the hotel was helpful in providing a taxi when needed at a set price. Only 30-40 mins in the car to Palermo centre. We had a late flight and had to pay a reduced day pass to stay and use the facilities on the premises after checking out.

Lovely modern hotel, great pool and tennis court. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff friendly, plenty of parking and they offered a lunch time menu of pasta or pizza which you could book. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely restaurant and supermarket across from the building and right near the bus stops into town or to Palermo.

It was on a busy road so it was quite noisy. No other complaints

We enjoyed the access to the sea and use of kayaks to explore. We liked the privacy of our small house with a lovely roof terrace and large patio to enjoy family time together. It was very secure and well organised. We liked the staff and range of food in the bar, reasonably priced, great ice cream. Thank you for letting us stay and use the facilities on our last day as we had a late flight.

The apartment could do with some upgrading. It was quite a long walk to a restaurant or bar especially in the heat but a small supermarket is opposite. Shame there was no resident access to the sea or poolafter the club closes at 7pm.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. La Marsa is a great base if you’d prefer not stay in the hustle and bustle of Palermo city (taxis varied from €30-45). There is a straightforward 30 minute walk to Mondello where there are some restaurants. The resort itself gives great access into the sea, nice swimming and stunning views. It is buzzing with locals using the resort during the daytime and has lots of sun beds. Nice breakfasts. Good little food shop across the road. Perfect length of stay for probably max 3 nights.

We found the piped music everywhere you went really irritating but I guess that’s just us! Our bungalow was clean but is in need of some care and attention, the plug next to the bed was very loose and the kitchenette and bathroom were a bit shabby. But it didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. We were looking for a balance between relaxation and city culture and this ticked that box. Avoid the restaurant Graffitti across the road – that was very poor.

They are simply fantastic these guys! Very friendly stuff, they even have made a surprise for the birthday of my father (it was so sweet of you, guys, really) and the Sea Is exceptional! I've traveled after to Catania, Siracusa, Palermo and Taormina and never have found the sea like this!

The waves have broken the stairs to the sea on our one of the last days of stay, and there were no another one to get into the sea. All the rest is super and people who work there are excellent!!

Own access to the sea and a nice setting. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful (cheers to Pasquale and Antonio). Slightly off from city features but that's not an issue with an own car. Bungalows have not yet been renovated and don't belong to the 21st century. The rooms however are new and nice.

After moving from a bungalow to a room, there was no problem. Bungalows, seriously though, are fairly ancient. The rooms could have a kettle perhaps.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Complimentary water in the fridge for arrival. Great location and facilities. 15 minute walk from Mondello beach. Super friendly staff in the restaurant too!

The use of swim caps put us off of using the pool. The beach access isn’t what we thought it would be. The beach is rocky and extremely small and crowded.
