We stayed in a standard double room up one flight of stairs. We received a WhatsApp message before arrival giving us the necessary information to access our room. We found the accommodations comfortable, nothing fancy but more than adequate. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a chair, luggage rack, wardrobe, and a hot pot with tea and coffee in the room. The bath was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. Our server for breakfast was very attentive. We wished we could speak more Italian to communicate with her. We took our breakfast in a lovely little dining room. The food was very good and typical of a European breakfast. The location is just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and other resources. It was also a short walk to the bus stop. Our host Giuseppe, though we never met him, was very patient and helpful with parking arrangements for our vehicle. This was a major concern for us because the hotel information made it perfectly clear that parking was not available at the B&B. Giuseppe had suggested we drop off our luggage at the B&B then drive the car to the garage. I'm not sure it's worth the effort unless you're packing enormous bags but even then, this place is hard to find by car. We weren't successful! We were given misinformation from Goggle Maps that threaded us through narrow streets (not created for present day automobiles) to a dead end with no easy way out. We did finally make it to the parking garage and easily made the short walk to the room. The gentleman at the garage was equally helpful and the car felt safe there.

The parking nearby may be tricky (although we were able to park in the street as it was low season) The absence of personnel at the reception makes the stay a little anonymous The shower in our room (Don Carlo) could be refreshed

This place was amazing! We arrived late, but the owner sent us step by step details on how to get in and where our room was located. The room was clean and comfortable. The big plus to the room was the AC unit that was much appreciated after walking the streets and shopping. Free water and coffee was available. Room had a small balcony that was nice to enjoy the cool morning breeze. Breakfast was great, we used the app off the QR code to order our breakfast, which was amazing! If we return we will certainly stay here again.

It was hard to find, but mostly because of how the streets and pathways are configured in Monreale. I don’t know that we would say we didn’t like this part of the property, but be advised that if you cannot go up and down stairs very well, this may not be your best choice. The stairs are steep! Really can’t say anything negative about the property we totally enjoyed our stay!!

Centrally located in the ❤️ of Monreale. Clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessities. The staff are very helpful and ready to share useful information. The lady at the breakfast was very nice preparing a fresh breakfast. Garage is also available and can be reserved in advance with a reduced price.

Carlo and his wife picked us up at Palermo airport from a late night flight from Florence. Drove to Monreale, a quiet suburb of Palermo. Breakfast was amazing, all kinds of options. I hurt my foot the last night and Carlo, after seeing me the next morning, immediately offered to drive us to train station in Palermo. His kindness will always be remembered by myself and my husband. Thanks Carlo!

Carlos and Omar gave us a room with a bathroom and sauna, which we consider to be one of the largest and most comfortable, most beautiful during our many travels in Europe. The bed with excellent solid mattress !!! Opera Boutique Rooms is an unique place !!! You feel so welcome, the Silian hospitality so special. Carlos gave us tips how to avoid Palermo to reach Cefalu. And that's why everything went so smoothly. Also and adress for a delious restaurant. The breakfast everything fresh was great and big. There is a large car park in the lower part from Monreale. But the best is, call Carlos and he will bring you to a car park for a small fee. Thank you Carlos and Omar. We hope to see each other again.

This hotel was such a great find in Monreale. The host is friendly, helpful, and speaks good English. It’s surprisingly modern, with Chromecast on every TV, nice for relaxing in the room. And for the incredible included breakfast, you just order on your phone the day before and it’s waiting for you in the dining room the next morning. Everything so delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Monreale.

Great location just 3 min from the Monreale centar, cathedral, cafes and restaurants. Nice concept: rooms in Opera BB house in via Giuseppe Verdi are named by titles of Giouseppe Verdi operas: Otello, Aida, Rigoleto... It is clean and cosy BB with included breakfast.
