Located in a noble area (Chiaia) of Naples, the Designer Stores around the corner, in a beautiful house, next to some bars and cafés, the entrance of the house was supervised. With a beautiful old elevator you enter the B&B City Soul, it has several rooms on one floor. We were in the Theatre Room, very big, with one bed and one sofa bed. The room was very tidy and clean, enough closet space, a nice bathroom and a balcony with a view. Breakfast was in a nice Café below, with coupons. The host Marco was so nice, took time to explain everything and give some nice recommendations. He even cared about a taxi to the airport for us.

Very clean rooms - cleaned daily - lovely unique style of decor for the rooms. Unlimited coffees in reception - great communication from hosts. Host gave us some super recommendations for food, activities etc. Location is good it is on a main strip of bars restaurants so it can get very busy at the weekend although noise wasn't a huge issue for us I can see it annoying some people.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the owner messaged me asking how we are, giving us recommendations. We had coffee and tea at any time of the day. The location is close to everything you need: store, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy. The room had a balcony which was perfect. Everything was clean. There is an air conditioner in the room.

Check in was easy we met Attilio who was full of information, communicated with him via WhatsApp and responded right away, a lovely man! if we needed anything!he was always there! The room was very clean,and all rooms have movie themes, freshly painted and renovated. The bed was very comfortable with memory foam pillows very comfortable indeed. Location was amazing we were in the centre, yes it’s very busy, however when you close the windows you can’t hear anything! Restaurants were all around us as soon as you step out. Very safe area. The breakfast is in the bakery next door you can have a coffee with a pastry, that was all we wanted as there are so many options to eat! It was great start to the morning!

The shower pressure wasn’t good, however there is plenty of hot water!

The WiFi is a bit weak, so not ideal for remote work. Our room faced the street, can be slightly noisy on the weekend. A part from that great stay and lovely members of staff.

The location of this B&B is superb. In the middle of Chiaia with direct access to many restaurants, shops and the important shopping street Via Chiaia, leading to Via Toledo, the heart of the city. Coffe and water are available at the B&B and one gets coupons for a simple Napolitean breakfast of coffee and cornetto at the bar next door. The staff is extremely froendly and they arranged a taxi for taking me to the airport.

The staff were very helpful and the room was a very comfortable size. Comfortable bed and good air con. It was walking distance to the main part of the Napoli.

The hotel sits on a street with some great bars. We happened to stay on a Friday and Saturday night so it was a little loud. The other nights were very quiet. It was not an issue for us but something to keep in mind.

Located in great place, with plenty to see and do close by. A great selection of cafe, bar and restaurants right on the doorstep. Our room exceeded our expectations. And the themed rooms just add that little bit more. Marco and Andrea are excellent hosts ensuring we settled in ok, then gave us plenty of tips to help us easily make the most of our time in their amazing city.

After our succesfull girls trip to Napoli, We wanted to return this year. We had to come back to City Soul B&B. The Music Room is our Favorite. Marco and his sister are so kind and good hosts. We love the breakfast place, especially the coffee. The location felt super safe at night for us (as girls). Both the room & balcony are perfect for taking pictures.

I loved everything. Such a well-run B&B with everything I needed. The location is fantastic, the Italian breakfast at the café next-door was wonderful every morning, the owners were so helpful and responsive, and the place was immaculately clean. I am already planning on coming back on a future trip.
