We like everything. The best location you can find in Naples, everything is close, safe and lots of restaurants and shops as well. Beautiful building, spacious room with amazing terrace. The lady who did check in was very nice and friendly, and the owner very helpful, informative and went above and beyond for a customer. Thank you for taxi recommendations. Air con, slippers, beautiful terrace, most comfiest bed and loads of tea, very quiet room, felt like 5 stars hotel. + we got breakfast voucher and it’s one of the most famous place in Naples for breakfast, we been spoilt as we been going to this cafeteria every time we visit Napoli. Thank you very much, you will definitely have a return customer.

Great location, good space, and at the right price. Would unreservedly recommend this spot to friends. Didn't even get to take advantage of the courtyard, but the room size was still more than adequate.

unexpected series of stairs leading to the room wasn't ideal with the size of our suitcases. and the coupon they offer for a free breakfast didn't take at the nearby cafe'. but still enjoyed the experience

location was perfect! the beds were comfortable. Loved having a little kitchen with coffee pod machine.

Breakfast very close in a cosy pastry shop. Based on room price, breakfast should have been better and not be limited in just a coffee and a cornetto. Other than that, it was ok.

No elevator, but you expect that in this type of apartments in Naples. No big deal.

Location was good. A few blocks from the metro, easy walk to the breakfast cafe, theater, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Naples is very hilly. Be prepared for long inclines or declines when walking. Have comfortable shoes, and good ankle support if going to Pompeii.

Comfortable and clean apartment in great location. Breakfast is served in nearby restaurant. You get coffe and croissant.

Very clean and modern room with a hot shower with good pressure, daily cleaning, and there was a kettle in the room and you could use the coffeemaker in the kitchen. Very good location.

Had to beg the staff to stay at the reception until we arrived, they wanted to go home early. The flush of the toilet was broken and flooded once. The breakfast included is a croissant and a coffee at a nearby cafe, you can't choose any other drink.

A lot of stairs with no elevator. Limited option for breakfast. Only coffee was offered as a drink for breakfast. Had to buy my own drinks.

There was a nice kitchen near our room which was available for our use and meant we could keep water etc. cold in the fridge. The lady we saw at the B&B daily - not sure if she was the owner or cleaner - was extremely friendly and we had excellent communication via text messages about when to arrive and how to check out. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The water in the shower was plentiful and nice and hot. The air con / heating worked very well and we were able to keep the room at a pleasant temperature. Not that we particularly liked or used any of these, but there were also a lot of extra hotel-type touches like bowls of sweets and fruit lying around, slippers hanging in bags in the wardrobe, toiletries etc. It was obvious the person running this B&B was making a real effort to make it nice for guests, and they probably did the best they could.

The worst thing about this B&B for us was the location. It was on a street without vehicle access - i.e. cars could not drive up it. That meant if you wanted to go anywhere (we did trips to Positano, Pompeii and Rome) you had to walk 10 minutes to get a taxi and even from there it was a 15 euro ride to the train station, which added a lot to the cost of our holiday overall. The worst thing of course was that the same applied on our return from trips, when we were mostly very tired, every night having to walk 10 minutes back from where the taxi dropped us off and then climb all the stairs (4 flights I think it was plus some more steps) from the front door up to the B&B. The most disappointing thing for me was the terrace - the listing said there was a terrace/balcony and there was an outside space but it was not private to our room and was also totally enclosed by high buildings around it. I had expected some kind of a view even just over the town but there was none at all, just walls and windows of buildings, and we never went out there after the first look around it. We were a bit disappointed that the bottles of water provided on the table were not renewed when the room was cleaned each day, also we had to ask for clean towels on Day 3 because they were not being changed and were getting very soggy. The room was small with not much room for our cases. The only mirror apart from the one in the bathroom was inside a wardrobe door which only opened a little way because it was blocked by a chair. It just all seemed too cramped. I didn't like having to go out to a restaurant for our breakfast and all we were offered there was a croissant and coffee. Maybe this place would have been okay for just a couple of nights but I was disappointed in it.
