Perfect location! The best Pizza (da michele) just less than 5 min away! And another great pizza „Bro.“ on the same street!! The rooms were clean, everything worked and I def. would book again! The centro started literally across the street. Thank you to the nice cricket player concierge who greeted us - he gave really good tipps (same as our local friend and that‘s how he gained our trust)!!! And the cleaning lady was such a sweetheart! And also there is a supermarket next to the hotel and a mini bar in the room where we could always have cold water stored!

I really experienced a lot of pleaces and can‘t say a bad thing about this one! Grazie!

Staff members were lovely, and accommodating. Allowed me to check in early, which I was thankful for, they were courteous and when asked for extra towels it was no issue. Bedroom was good size plenty storage space, tv worked well, shower was hot Location was 10mins from Piazza Gariboldi, and 10 mins from old town. Cleaned room daily Good grocery store on ground floor, great to have it there! I will stay again

Shower tray was abit small but not a problem really as water had good pressure and hot. Could hear nice upstairs apartment, not hotel fault, just noisey neighbours but they were quiet fir bedtime hours so it wasn't a problem as such. Street it's located on looks grim but it's safe, it's Napoli!!

Excellent value for the price. This is not a fancy hotel, but for 50 USD I was very happy. Close to the port and Duomo subway, close to Porta Noiana train stop. Friendly and helpful owner, always on site, so he can keep your bags Excellent bed, aircon, towels. Bathroom might use some updating. Not too nosy from the street (although some fireworks did start nearby triggering all the dogs). The street felt safe at night, although a bit dirty when stores are open, daytime.

The noise from inside. This is one floor of a building, divided into rooms. You can hear everything happening at the reception, the door slamming when other guests arrive or leave. Earplugs needed. The streets looks dirty in the daytime, but surprisingly calm at night.

Nothing less, nothing more. Had everything we needed. Good and safe location. Store just downstairs to buy any necessities, i.e., drinks/snacks. Room was cleaned, and the bed was made everyday.

The air-conditioning light was a bit too bright but was solved by placing a towel to cover it. Can be a bit noisy until about 10/11pm when the street goes to sleep.

The host is great guy, very helpful, very polite and speaks English. The hotel itself is in good location, near the central train station, it's right over a good general store. The rooms are fairly clean, everything in the room works /TV, AC, hot water, WiFi, etc/. The owner shows you all the good spots to visit in the city, all the best restaurants to eat, how to get there and other useful information . The cleaned our room every day, fresh towels were provided.

The bathrooms can use a bit of an update, and a little more cleaning.

For the price of the hotel, it was great. The hosts could not do enough to help and were clearly knowledgable about the area and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do, see and places to eat. The room was comfortable and clean whilst being away from any main streets so noise really wasn't an issue. The hotel is walkable to the main part of the city aswell as the spanish quarter so once we were there, there was no reason to use any other mode of transport other than walking.

From the outside the hotel looks a little dated, however don't be fooled by this when you see the photos. As most other people have suggested stay away from central train station at night (the hosts will tell you this also) and follow the directions given by the host to get to the hotel as they will provide better directions as oppose to Apple maps.

Antonio was extremely welcoming and ensured we had a pleasant stay. Location was great, very close to Garabaldi / Central station. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean.and although a basic hotel it was perfectly good. WiFi worked very well. I would definitely recommend for location. Good value for money xx

How nice Ruan was to welcome us, he was very professional, very helpful giving us advice about the places to visit in Naples.

The streets look shady, but that's just how Naples is. It is what it is, you grow into it after learning about the history of Naples and what they have gone thru.

Location was just five minutes from the airport bus stop at Piazza Garibaldi (itself just a ten minute ride from the airport) The staff were honestly amongst the best hotel staff I have encountered on my travels. Upon check in I was provided with a map with some of the most in-depth information about the city and local area, really felt like they wanted my stay to be exceptional, and it worked!

This is one of the few hotels I have stayed in where there is honestly nothing I would have changed

I liked that the staff was very open in many ways. Just as I arrived they offered help with locating all things I wanted to see on a printed map they provided. They were not mad when I asked them to repeat certain things.They were very patient with my italian, didn't rush me and helped me whenever I asked for help with my grammar. I see their behaviour as a mix of great italian virtues, but to someone unfamiliar - they were kind, open and treating you like a family. And just as a good family - if we encountered slight problems, we turned them into jokes so that we wouldn't feel uncomfortable at all. The staff would always make sure I didn't feel out of place. And then - we resolved issues in seconds. The room was very nice and clean. Was cleaned each day after 11. The reception also had some travel guidance things, as well as some italian/english books to read. The location is fantastic to all who want to be close to Centrale station. It is a very convenient place, in 20 minutes you can be on the station to catch a train, metro or a bus (to the airport for example). Also, if anybody is into that - the hotel is located just by the mercato, so you can see alot of fish and vegetables. Just downstairs, there is also a supermarket and around are also some nice caffe's. Very nice and well organized place.

I found it weird that I wasn't given a remote control to the air conditioning. I noticed it was turned on each day while I was gone, probably during cleaning, because the air was much better when I was back in the evening. But not sure why couldn't I myself decide about it. Maybe it has sense and I'm just not aware. Anyway, not a huge problem bc I didn't feel the heat at all. Just curious why it was planned this way.
