I liked the location of Le Mummarelle. There were great restaurants nearby and it was close by the water. I especially liked the balcony with the table and chairs. My friend and I spent time sitting and relaxing there when we had time. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind. A special mention of Margherita, who provided us a delicious breakfast every morning!

There were a lot of visitors to Naples that weekend because of All Saints and All Souls Days and it was difficult for me to sleep the first night because of noise from the restaurant downstairs, right below my window. After that, it was quieter.

Almost everything was great. The employees at the accommodation were great. In particular, Pooya helped us a lot during our stay, from the late check-in to check-out, with his always smiling face.

Excellent location, walking distance to all major sights. Very friendly staff. Good coffee machine in the room. Clean and safe.

The room was very small, dark and faced the courtyard. This made it not very comfortable to open windows and let some fresh air breeze, because other people could see inside the room. You could hear every walking steps from the neighbors above, which was very annoying.

The friendliness and the responsibility, the staff were so helping. They helped us with every trouble we had there. We felt safe, and welcome. I highly recommend having breakfast at least on of one of the mornings you are staying.

The key system, its a little bit hard if you are coming from outside Europe(Asia, North America), but once you get used to it, its not that hard and it might be hard to find reception and lobby, the entrance, we were lucky to run into a staff who was punching in from work though.

The Hotel was very clean and nice. The Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a free room upgrade with an amazing view of the Italian streets below. The coffee in the room was also very good, and the breakfast looked very good. We didn't partake because it's an upcharge, but the convenience would be nice in the morning.

This hotel is very hard to find since it's not super clearly marked so we had to ask some locals where the entrance was and we still ended up at the wrong Le mummarelle. Thankfully they switched our room to this location free of charge. Also, the taxi our hotel booked us tried to rip us off. The guy tried to charge us 45 euros to take a 10 minute drive to the airport with no traffic. He wouldn't even turn the meter on because it "doesn't work that early in the morning." We worked him down to 31 euros but still insanely expensive.

The room and the whole place looked great. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good (and it included sfogliatelle).

Our baby zen stroller barely fits in the elevator. Unfortunately the room is in an old building and there is not much that can be done about it. We tried to call the 24/7 number to ask for help with booking a taxi but they didn't reply.

Breakfast was simple but excellent. Cappuccino was great! It’s very well located, just a few minutes walking distance to the port. Excellent location!

Actually my stay was excellent. If I could suggest something, some salty breakfast (cheese, ham, etc.) would have been excellent! But all was really great!

Great for location, cleanliness, WIFI worked, enough closet space with hangers, first bottle of water free, clean and simple bathroom, shower drained and water pressure was strong enough, enough light in the bathroom, city view from room with opening window. I really enjoyed this property for what it offered and will stay here again if I get the chance.

Everything was fine!

The location is at a perfect distance from the tourist attractions and the marina. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and assistance was prompt and with great consideration. Everyone at the boutique hotel went out of their way to help and ensure a comfortable stay.
