Fantastic location . Easy to access the major sights and easy to get the local Tram. BUS and Rail stations are on the tram route . You can walk to the major sights as they are close. I thoroughly recommend the hotel . Also, it is very close by train to Verona Vichenza and Venice . Train are very cheap and this makes Padua an ideal place to see this part of Italy . Breakfasts.good and all you need and there are many good restaurants nearby. It's not got a big lounge which may be a disadvanage for some but you can order drinks in the reception area..would have been lovely to hear the baby Grand Piano 🎹 ! Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful .

Excellent location at an affordable price. The lack of luxury in the room might be an issue for someone other, but for us with bicycles, it only meant fewer complications. They allowed bicycles in the room, chose a room that was the easiest to reach, and the room could accommodate bicycles in a way that they didn't obstruct or endanger anything. Everything is functional and practical. Unlike many insufficient bedside reading lamps, those on the table placed at the head of the bed fully serve their purpose. There are enough outlets accessible from the bed for all chargers. The staff is pleasant and intelligent, providing quick and simple solutions to all inquiries. The self-service breakfast was excellent.

Price and value of the money were OK for new Year Eve. Service people were excellent and always available.

Cleaning of the room was not perfect (we found dust and little of dirty on the ground), but the thing that drove me nuts was the Electric charging Station. The hotel has 3 stalls for the Electric cars that they also use for parking. As result, they asked me 30 EUR plus the 0,96 EUR per KWh just for placing my car to charge. This was insanely wrong. The hotel should improve here and make the life of people with Electric car easier, not harder.

If your expectations are not too high and if you are in Padua for few days, this hotel is the right solution. Although pretty outdated (esepcially bathroom) and noisy from time to time (due to late arrival of groups of elderly people, who are not often in hotels and do not know hotel manners), the staff is doing their best to keep it clean, tidy and comfortable. As it is situated at the edge of the Padua city centre, in a quiet area not more than 150m from scenic Prato della Valle park where there is a tram (every 7 min), you can be at the railway station in 10 min (in 17 min max) which is simply great if you want to explore nearest cities as well, especially Venice. If you are lucky with timetables of the tram and the train, you can get from your hotel room to Canal Grande in Venice in an hour. Needless to say, if you are staying in Padua everything is within a walking distance. The location can hardly be better. They offer a decent buffet breakfast, wifi works great, elevators are reasonably fast and quiet, the staff was helpfull and professional, the hotel is easy to find.

Make sure that you are not having your breakfast at 8 am when groups are in the dinning hall. Make it at 7.30 or at 8.30, when they leave - it is very busy, noisy and the staff is really struggling; you might not get a table.

Good value for money. The location of the hotel is good, close to the park Prato della Valle and the church of Santa Giustina. They offer also parking (a bit pricey in the main season probably, but is in the center). They gave us a discount for parking. Breakfast was really good. The room was small, but it had all we needed and it was clean. Also, the staff (Mr Dean) was really kind and helpful.

The shower was a little bit tricky to use (the hot, and cold water pipe was separated). Maybe they can improve the breakfast/dining area with new furniture in the future.

The room was a good size for myself. Had a double bed. Air conditioning was brilliant had to switch it off through the night! The staff were friendly and gave great advice on where to go for food and best attractions. Was a 37°c day and receptionist gave me a free bottle of cold water on arrival and offered on my departure. Location for food was perfect restaurants within a 20min walk.

That it was too hot for the wellness centre to be open as I was hoping for a massage but still a great stay.

Our journey here has been nothing but pleasant ,fun and peaceful .The room was comfortable ,well kept and and cleaned every single morning(fresh towel ,toiletries ,sheets),the building is located in a perfect spot where its's right in the center but secluded enough so it's quiet. The staff is is incredibly attentive and helpful. The breakfast was amazing too, there was a nice variety of breakfast foods too choose from! David who's one of the coolest people who works there accommodated our every need without complaint ,and even informed us of places they'd recommend us to see.

Had a wonderfull stay here. The room was really clean. The breakfast was good with everything you could want. The staff 10/10 really nice people. I found the price very reasonable in comparison to other places we had stayed on our trip. So glad to have found out about padova. It's 24min €10 round trip to Venice. The car park of the hotel is saftley gated, and so didn't have to worry about our car all day. We caught the 10.53am train and returned on the 9.35pm it was more than enough time to see the city. And by the evening we were ready to get back to our charming town just outside. The walk from the station to the hotel is through a lovley stretch of road, filled with monuments, ice cream shops and restraunts. This was the last part of our holiday and glad to have spent it here Thank you m16 hotel.

The receptionist was really kind and helpful, every time I had a question, he or his colleagues were available and able to help me. I stayed 3 nights in a standard room with balcony with view to the garden which means I was even able to see the Basilica of St. Anthony (4th floor). The room was cleaned every morning. The breakfast was perfect too. The location is also great, close to everything in the historical center and more grocery stores are just for a few minutes by walk. I'd choose again this hotel for sure.

Ideal location, very friendly staff. We were seen as individuals, and got excellent and personalized service. In the middle of the town, close to the very busy pedestrian area, nevertheless a very calm environment. We waked up with bird song!

We were eager using the stairway, and leave the elevator for the disabled (in some way or other....). But the stairway was inapproproate cleaned, we saw the same dust in the corners during the length over our stay.
