A MUST in Palermo! The CIALOMA hotel is clean, well organized and in THE BEST location in Palermo, you are literally in the middle of the city center, full of restaurants, bars and street markets. The bed and facilities (bathroom etc) are up to standards and the acoustic of our room was also good considering that we were in the middle of the city center. Also consider the breakfast which you can have it in the facade . The staff is lovely and Vivian was super helpful from the moment we book the hotel, she was always available to help and made our stay in Palermo much easier. Thanks to everyone from CIALOMA staff. Firstly, Viviana the host is lovely and gave us lots of useful information, including about the festival of Santa Rosalia which was happening during our stay, we loved the celebrations! The room itself was a good size, exceptionally clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was good. The main thing about this b&b is the location. It was so easy to explore the city with Cialoma as our base, close to some fantastic restaurants and bars. Really can’t say enough good things about our stay here, it was perfect, especially for the price.

The location is perfect in the heart of Palermo. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The best part was breakfast; there is a terrace on which you can enjoy your breakfast, the owner also makes coffee for you in the morning. The owner was also very helpful with all of our questions and was very quick to answer our messages. If you have a car there is a car parking space 2min away from B&B that is very safe and you pay 20€ for 24h or 2€ per hour.

Because it is in the very center of the city it is kind of noisy. There was a street with restaurants under our balcony so in the evening it was loud but we got used to it. If you want to be in the center this is something you have to consider.

We love the hospitality of Viviana. We became addicted to their a cup of coffee and a fresh croissant in the morning. Especially some seasonal fruits are so thoughtful. There were always cold water in the fridge. We could always find something to eat.

We thought cleaning was included but it wasn’t. At least collecting the garbage from the toilet could be done. Our room was on top of the noisy street where people have fun eating and drinking trough out the night. But because of the activities during the day, we always managed to sleep at the end.

Strategic location, nice structure, cosy bedroom. The staff at Cialoma is extremely kind and takes excellent care of all guests. The check-in process was very pleasant and included refreshments and a detailed overview of the city’s main attractions. Warmly recommended!

We liked everything a lot except the one thing I didn't like - see below.

We rented a room with a private bathroom - but! - our private bathroom, to which we had a key, was on a different floor from the room. Not a huge problem, but getting up at night and descending a steep flight of stone stairs made bathroom trips a little difficult. That said, we recommend Cialoma pretty highly.

The house was sparking new and had all the amenities needed for a good holiday. The location was perfect for the parking and a great view. The host was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I will definitely come back, and I recommend this place to anyone!

The only thing to be aware of, something that is not related to the accomodation in itself, is that the street is filled with terraces and noisy at night.

Perfect location in the centre of Palermo. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace.
