Our stay was excellent. Nice and quiet location, great breakfast and the flat was perfect for 2 couples, we both had a floor to ourselves and separate bathrooms. I almost ended up cancelling the booking due to some negative reviews on here, but I am glad I didn't because it was a lovely stay. Shame we couldn't stay there longer!

Nothing major, but the kitchen could have had a few extra bits such as dish soap and sponge etc., but we didn't end up cooking anyway.

The breakfast had very good quality. The staff was very nice to us. There's a small playground for children right outside, it was very nice. The parking is available around for free, which was very convenient. The Internet quality was good.

The rooms are not the same, even though the have the same type. There were 2 rooms available of the type I chose for my booking, one with the aircon on the ground floor, but a bad kitchen, another without aircon downstairs but with a nicer kitchen. I would like to have had both. The water in the swimming pool did not have a great quality, it was not transparent at all. When you don't have an aircon downstairs, you have to open the doors to the garden and the main one to have a comfortable temperature inside. It was not always nice. The sunbeds in the garden are really old and rusty. But all that explains why the price is lower than that of the surroundings.

We stayed in a clean spacious two bedroom apartment with a large bathroom and a kitchenette. The property seemed newly renovated and the surrounding villages are just lovely. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the breakfast was quite decent

We had noisy neighbors that seemed to make every possible noise but the nice receptionist called them to ask them to keep quiet. Not enough sun beds by the pool, most of them were “reserved” early in the morning with towels thrown on them

Amazing location, huge apartment, super modern. VERY clean. Beautiful views and great pool and kid pool. Also a playground right next to it for my daughter. Free parking at playground. The breakfast was amazing the staff is so friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond in service. They were so sweet to my daugther. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was. the perfect place to spend time in the hills of florence.

The maisonette arrangement was a bit off , the adjoining door to the adjacent apartment must of been made of paper . You could literally hear the people next door breathing. Place could do with a lick of paint , starting to look a bit shabby

If you are looking to get away and disconnect from everything, this is the place for you. Tomasso, was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was great. Also the lady (forgot her name) from the breakfast was really nice. She makes delicious cappuccinos. Thank you Tomasso, we appreciated everything you did for us!

Excellent rooms with firm beds. Plenty of room with nice little patio outside the room for evening relaxation. The pool was very nice. Dinner was excellent! It was a little remote when traveling to and from Firenze, but easily accessible by car to train in Pontessieve. Beautiful scenery of the Tuscan hillside with olive and grape farms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable!

It was remote from Firenze, and we were there primarily to see the sights there. So it added a couple of hours to our day to go to and from Firenze.

Really nice location, clean rooms and very spacious. The breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly. The water in the pool was quite cold. There is a parking place at the location with no additional costs. The hotel is about 45 minutes from Florence city center.

Be aware if you arrive on a Monday, all the restaurants in the area are closed. The nearest one is in about 20 minutes, by car.

The duplex apartments were vey clean and comfortable. The amenities fit extremely well with the stay. Tomasso at reception was very helpful and supportive during our stay. His knowledge and tips to visit the region makes him of added value to the Florence Hills Resort & Welness.

The pool. The ladder to get in was almost broken and the location size and overall feeling of the pool was not the best.

We had a lovely family stay in The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness. The pool was nice. It was about 20 to 30 min drive from Florence, so we managed to visit Florence many times. The staff at the resort were amazing. We will definitely come back
