Excellent location right at entrance to airport. So easy to get to walk to from airport. (The airport is small and not many flights, so little traffic and noise). We stayed here for first night of trip to Perugia old centre. Our late flight was delayed, but we were still able to have a meal in the restaurant. The food was delicious…one of the best of our whole stay. The gardens are really pretty, the room well presented and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool looked beautiful. Unfortunately we couldn’t use as there was a thunderstorm. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night here and would recommend to anyone heading to Perugia. We even popped in for a coffee on our way back for our return flight. A little gem of a hotel.

Our room was clean and very spacious and the pool are was lovely. You are 4 min walk to the airport which is handy for a quick trip and you barely hear any planes, it is so quiet and you are surrounded by fields

There is no where to eat (apart from the hotel) that is within walking distance which means you have to get taxis which are very expensive. A 20 minute drive starts at least 35 euros and can be 55 in the evening .

Walkable from Perugia Airport. Super-friendly, helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Italy's regulation that aircon can't be used in May - but the windows and balcony door are all insect-netted so we let the breeze in.

Really well appointed hotel with nice decor within literally a few hundred yards of Perugia airport, with very attentive, helpful and professional staff. Excellent quality and good value food from the restaurant.

Open-plan shower had no door. Outdoor pool not heated.

The room was wonderful and beautifully presented. The infinity pool was quiet and luxurious. The food was excellent as were the staff who made our one night stay feel very special.

Music in the restaurant could have been a little quieter-but that is really not-picking!!!

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and pleasant, all spoke English quite well.

Breakfast was adequate, could have been better. The receptionist said that I needed to message that I needed breakfast as it was not included in the room rate. Nevertheless, a great place to stay, 5 minutes walk from the airport arrivals hall.

Perfect place to stay when travel through Perugia. Clean, quiet and comfortable with a great restaurant. Only a four minute walk to Perugia Airport so a perfect place to stay for an early morning flight. Or a great restaurant for a late flight. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was great , the staff were happy and friendly. I walked to the hotel after arriving by plane at the airport. Them made me a platter and a couple of beers at11 pm and I sat outside while they cleaned up for the night . Craig

Staff were very kind and helpful. They kept the kitchen open despite we were late. Very conveniently located for the airport but at same time quite. The room was very spacious with a very large shower and furnished elegantly with very good taste.

Beautiful property, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. All lovely people who made us feel welcome and relaxed. A special mention to Raphael at the pool who was a pleasure to chat with. Dinner was delicious and choosing our own wine in the cellar a treat. We will certainly return in the future!
