Very clean. Friendly staff. All good.

Very strange breakfast system: buffet, but you cannot serve yourself. Must go and stand right beside the croissants and ask a staff member to please give you one. Same for every item in the buffet. And, a very annoying hard-rock music in the breakfast hall. Very strange atmosphere as the personnel seemed to enjoy that type of music during breakfast. Quite awful. Outside that area, peaceful Christmas music.

We liked our spacious room and comfortable bed and appreciated the black out blind. It was very quiet round the side of the hotel so slept well. A safe was provided for valuables and a fridge. Loved and used the complimentary bicycles! Breakfast was great apart from the coffee, disappointingly it was powdered from a machine. Good free on street parking as hotel car park was chargeable. Staff were friendly and helpful

Although the room was clean, the same can’t be said for the window! There was a side view of the sea but we looked straight onto a derelict dirty building which was off putting. The plus was that it was quiet away from the main road and you could pull the blind down. Car park was 10 euros daily Bottles of water were provided daily in the fridge but we were charged for them when checking out.

The hotel is very well located, well maintained, very clean, super helpful and friendly staff, right across their own beach which is beautiful, parking on site, free bicycle rental and breakfast was so good with a complete buffet (One day they ran out of scrambled eggs I asked for more and they made me some right away, the next day I asked for a fried egg for my daughter and they made it as well, really good service) Big rooms with a lot of storage room, TV and mini fridge and a beautiful ocean view. Very good value for your money, we will definitely return! I really recommend it for a stay with children!

Mattress and pillows are extremely hard. And bathroom had some mold 🫤

Sylvia greeted us and was exceptionally welcoming and helpful dealing with a potential crisis we faced as a group. Elena and Luca went above expectation accommodating our dietary requirements in the restaurant for our evening meal. Dinner and breakfast choice very good. Overall a clean and comfortable hotel, the staff are what makes this hotel a pleasure to stay at. Thank you.

Unfortunately, our room on the second floor had a very strong, unpleasant smell of drains and sewage.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Room was comfy, good shower and a nice view of the beach. Price was great. Breakfast was exceptional, best hotel breakfast I've had in Europe. So much to choose from and all high quality produce. Free WiFi throughout the hotel and in room. Bit of a walk from the centre but it's a lovely walk along the beach, and they have bicycles you can borrow to make the journey quicker. Would happily stay here again.

The staff were always very nice, professional and ready to assist, perfect service i must say. The room and other areas of the hotel were kept super clean at all times. Breakfast was good, the location of the hotel is alright, gorgeous view but a little walk from the city centre and supermarkets.

The bunk bed is what i didn't like, since i had asked for the 2 single beds option. I understand the bunk bed is used to save space, however it is so outdated and not comfortable to use.

Fresh, modern and clean balcony room with fantastic ocean views and refreshing breezes. Includes bountiful breakfast buffet, free two-hour bike rentals on-site and beach access. Walk to local shops, markets, restaurants, etc. Hotel parking adjacent (paid; advance reservations advised).

Busy and noisy riviera strip (though hotel/room is soundproofed). Air conditioning is suspended during morning room cleanings.

I liked breakfast end I liked the time for breakfast from 06:30 to 10:00. It's good for early birds and for the owls. All staff were very friendly with the open hearts. Location to the seaside is amazing.

I like the bike service but unfortunately hotel doesn't have bike for children. My 9 years old child could not use bike for adults. It's brought him tears.

amazing location - next to the beach! hotel has their own beach! the breakfast is great! in the previous reviews, I read that the staff was handing the food (even if it was a buffet). it seems it’s not the case anymore - you can approach the table and pick whatever you want in any amount. the brekkie is also amazing! the view from our hotel was also great!

Kinda pity that you need to pay for the hotel, even when you’re a guest! it’s €20 for the whole day. it should be incl into the fare of the room (or with a better discount). apart from that, the hotel was great! me and my boyfriend are really tall so bear in mind that as your feet might hang over the floor 😛

Everything about this booking was great. It was easy and fast to book with quick responses from the staff. Staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the bonus was the exceptional breakfast spread and the beachfront location and view.
