This is an old-styled B&B which makes you feel as you are visiting your distant relatives. Located right across the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. Clean and cozy bedroom. Wonderful breakfast in the main room where you can chat with other guests.

It is old, so you can hear every neighbor around and every floor squeak. The bath tub/shower arrangement is quite odd: the shower is attached perpendicular to the bath length and away from the glass wall, so all the water essentially gets outside the tub, unless you keep it in your hand.

The villa is beautiful if you like old buildings with caracter. The room big with a king bed and soft mattress, a very big bathroom with all amenities. The breakfast was good, loved the setting, I recommend the croissant.

The mosquitos. The room doesn’t have window nets or do they provide some protection against them. At night you either use the ac (with a kid that means get sick) or be a blood bag for mosquitoes. So pack some mosquito repellent.

We went with a young daughter, the room was well prepared including an extra cot. The location was excellent, right across the road from the hotel is a public beach. Breakfasts were good, both coffee and tea were available, pastries were rather sweet, toaster and toasted bread were available. The food at breakfast was replenished but it was better to go for breakfast earlier rather than later. The staff were lovely, they helped us with everything we needed.

I didn't notice anything, everything was perfect from the hotel side. The weather wasn't ideal, but of course that's nobody's fault.

Great location right on the seafront. Good cafes nearby and short walk to the centre with restaurants, shops etc. The oner and staff were delightful and engaging. The breakfast was wonderful with homemade cakes as well as eggs, cheese, salami, etc. We also found a short walk away an amazing trattoria called 'Trattoria Nina' which serves excellent seafood. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with a lovely big shower. The staff were really accommodating on our last day, letting us stay in the B&B (giving us a separate key) and booking our taxi for us and checking that it was on its way.

The weather was not May weather and very unkind but the B&B couldn't do anything about that!! The shower was a little slippy so be careful.

Location was excellent. Across the street from the beach, walking and bike path. 10-15 minute walk to shopping, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to bus and train. Free parking on the street to the right of the house, or 5 euros at the property. Breakfast was generous and good with excellent coffee. The room was quiet, especially with shutters closed. Large shared terrace off the sitting room. Antique furniture. Very homey and clean. Staff is fun and friendly.

Location: the beach across the street. Cozy accommodation (just a few rooms) runned by a friendly family. Continental breakfast (not only croissant and coffee but also scrambled eggs and home made pie). Free bike rental. Staying in a historical building.

When you stay for only one night you will get a smaller less luxery room. Still very nice but the bed was to small (1.80 cm long). The bed frame from steel material was sticking out so you can hurt your foot easily. When you book more then 2 days you will get the more luxury and bigger room with comfortable bed.

Variety of buffet breakfast with high quality coffee. Possibility to borrow bikes free of charge. Beach 3 minutes walking from the door. Extremely kind owners / house keeper and super-trooper housemaid. Terrace to have a breakfast.

The metal frame of the bed is a bit dangerous to your knees and toes...in case you hit it. But there is nothing to complain.

Alessandro and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The check in process was easy, the key access worked great and the room was incredibly comfortable—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast has more options than I could eat in one sitting. I sadly had to leave very early for the trains to Termoli, and Alessandro helped order a taxi to take me to the train. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough, and I hope to return for another visit.

I did wish I could sit out on the veranda at night, but it was closed and shuttered.

Location - sea just over promenade. Inner parking for motorbike. Exellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice vitntage atmosphere. Lovely terrace. Enough towels.

Small room. Noisy conditionier. A litle bit uncomfortable beds.

A wonderful place with excellent care for guests. The hosts are very caring and friendly. Breakfast is excellent with homemade cakes. The room and other areas are very clean. If we happen to be in Pescara again, we will only stop there again. The location is great.
