The staff was all great, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, well attended by the staff and a very wide array of food and drink options. Dinner was also fantastic, great table service by the staff and delicioius food. The view from our room was incredible.

Having to carry our bags up one flight was slightly inconvenient, but not that big of a deal. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy. They tried to make it better, but it just needs to be replaced, I think, it sounds like it's worn out. And the outlets in the room were difficult, we plugged our cords into them and because they were old and worn out, the plugs fit loosely into them, so when you let go of the cord, the plugs would back out slightly, and our devices wouldn't charge.

The location was perfect, right beside the port and beaches, and it's worth paying a bit extra to get the terrace sea view as it's incomparable to the other rooms. The food at the restaurant was quite good and cheap and the personnel was very helpful with anything you asked for.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse and the rooms must be refurbished as they are pretty old, but nevertheless clean and you're not going on vacation to spend your days sitting in the room.

The Hotel is located in Piano di Sorrento right across the road from the cliff edge looking across the ocean. You could not get a better view. It faces more west than the Sorrento hotels so you get a much better view of the sunset while sitting on your bedroom balcony (if this is what you have booked). Also the staff are exceptionally friendly, you get greeted personally by name each morning and night and anything you need is arranged quickly and without hassle. I needed a last minute booking by boat to Amalfi and Positano, the booking was made and confirmed in 15 mins and it was a great tour. The staff in the restaurant in the hotel and in the pizza cafe below were very friendly and I had one of the best pasta meals I have had in Italy. Specific mention to one of the young guys in the restaurant/cafe who was very attentive and friendly and looked after me throughout the 4 days with great service. Also thanks to the two managers who constantly looked after me.

The hotel is not a modern 2022 standard and the rooms are basic as is the restaurant decor, it is not that I didn't like it, it is just worthy of setting expectations and the very reasonable price reflects the hotel standard, but you will not get a better view for the price and I would not hesitate to stay here again. There is not really anything I didn't like.

Well, the terrace where you can have your breakfast is breathtaking, overlooking the magnificent Bay of Naples. The breakfast was excellent with a vast range of pastries, cakes, and for desperate (perhaps boring!) English people there is even a chance to have full English with scrambled eggs and bacon. Katie and his staff are amazing to look after their guests with courtesy and professionalism.

Breakfast very good with eggs, sausagges, bacon, pastries, croassants, fruits, yogurt, cereals, coffee, juce. Excelent view from the balcony, and from the breakfast restaurant. Very large room with confortable beds. Near the beach, and the port. Personal helpfull and very sweet.

Lovely hotel with good facilities, lovely staff and a wonderful breakfast included. Stunning setting overlooking the ocean. Good location just outside of the centre of Sorrento. Took us around 30 mins to walk into the main town square - would recommend local scooter rental if you’re looking to see Positano and Amalfi

lovely location. Great view from Balcony. Evening food was good in Restaurant or Bar downstairs. But found the Breakfast poor. unless you went down very early around 7.30 there was no food replenished. It looked dry and cold. Not much choice and same each day.

Breakfast was good.The location is very front of sea view and the room that was given to us was the top floor with all access to terrace and watching sunrise and denser there was fantastic .

The location is excellent not far from the station and right above the marina making for incredible views.

We had a room at the very top of the building which had a lovely large balcony overlooking the bay of Naples but the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and we had to go downstairs to use the Wi-Fi.

Sea view rooms and dining area was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.

For those traveling via public transport, the train station is a 10-15 min walk and this is not in the main Sorrento town (which is two stops ahead) I preferred this since it was quieter and had more local flavour rather than the overly touristic main town
