Room was well appointed, comfortable and clean.. the Hotel was well located within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and tourist venues. Would recommend it to friends.

The women members of staff were very obliging, nothing was too much trouble. However one male member of staff needs training in providing even basic essentials like a cup or mug. " Oh I'm very busy and everything is packed away." Rubbish - there were loads of cups in the next room where luggage could be left. It was all too much trouble for him - ' jobs worth' He must find customers get in the way of him doing his job! Very unhelpful, but quite happy to take the money.

The hotel was very well located and very clean. The room had a useful fridge and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower needed attention as the shower head support was broken. Would have preferred proper cups to paper cups. Nevertheless these two issues were minor and did not detract from a great stay.

Location was good for Pisa - 8 minute walk to Tower and 5/6 minutes taxi ride from Central Station, around 10 minutes taxi to airport. The hotel was not overly flattering but was good value for money in a great location. Rooms were basic but did the job for a 1 night stay. Would stay again for a short trip in Pisa.

There were power outages at the hotel between 9pm & 11pm but the staff had resolved this relatively quickly.

Great value for money and perfect location. Within walking distance to all major tourist attractions and restaurants, while also being located on a quite street.

The walls weren't quite thick so we could hear the neighbours talking. The kitchen was under renovation so there was no breakfast and no kitchen facilities were available.

The girl on reception was the sweetest ever...our room was airy and clean, the bathroom pristine and the location perfect as it is very central but our window opened onto a backstreet where there was virtually no noise, so we slept really well; much needed after a long journey.

It is a 30 min walk from the airport. Yes, I walked from the airport to the hotel and really enjoyed it. No trollers though. Google maps helped along the way. The hotel is in an old building and has a certain historical spirit there. It is at a 5 min walk from main touristic attractions in Pisa. Great location. Nice and helpfull hotel staff.

It has kind of an old furniture smell in the room (at least the one I got) No restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast is served at a nearby partner coffee shop location (1 min walk) and it is an italian style one (1 croisant/sandwich, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 cofee), therefore not so much for a choice for those used to eating a large breakfast. Yet again this was another italian experience.

Reception staff were really welcoming on our early arrival and also let us check-in as the room had been cleaned. Can easily walk to the tower from the hotel and there are some nice eateries and craft ale bars close by.

Room was a little dated and the shower was a little difficult to work. My wife ended up having a bath instead while I was at football.

Great location near to bars/restaurants and the tower. Walkable from the station or a short taxi ride. Staff were very helpful and there’s space to store luggage.

Room was ok but slightly small and dated.

The hotel itself is old and has many chance to be more comfortable. I'm talking about bedsheets, towels, furnitures, showers... But it is not so bad than many other hotels who have a better rating (like 7.5 or 8). Top was that it is in the center of Pisa. Great value for visiting the tower, the churches and stay out during day and night. The breakfast is in one of the bar nearby. Good choice during Covid time.

During the night there was a lot of noise, until 4 in the morning. It was not because of the hotel but the turists and the people OUTSIDE the hotel. The windows are old and they cannot preserve silence. The hotel is in the center of Pisa, who has a lot of problems with parking sites. If you have the opportunity to parking with a ticket of 12 euro is a good choice.

- The hotel is in a small street near to the La Sapienza historical University building and next to the Arno river. - The access from the airport is easy: about 30 minutes of walk. At half way, there is the railway main station. - the location is perfect also to acces to the main Pisa's touristic points - in the quite small price of the double room (around 55 euros) there was included a very tasty italian breakfast, at the La Sapienza caffe, next to the hotel: much much better than a hotel breakfast. - the neighbourhood is that offered by an University zone , quite friendly and nice. - the room was simple but clean and the bed was quite good.

I am not criticising I'm just saying some practical observations: - for those who have cars they have to know that they enter in the restricted circulation zone. For the first night one have to ask a permit from the hotel, but for the rest of the time people have to get manage to put their cars in normal parking. - the hotel is on an old building (like a lot of the buildings of Pisa intra-muros), so don't expect to have too many facilities. The rooms are ok but a little bit spartiate and oldish from the point of view of the furniture. The same comment stands for the bathroom but everything is quite clean, which compensates a lot.
