The apartment is located very close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants, eveything being at a walking distance The room is spacious, prepared with everything you need, and the same appplies for the bathroom The kitchen is a shared space but it was not a problem for us. You can make coffee, tea, and prepare a fast breakfast.

It can get a little noisy because the window is facing the street We had a small white door that separated our room, but it blocked in one of the days The kitchen is very well equiped but you can not cook there because there is no stove

This is right in the centre of Pisa on a pedestrianised street leading straight to the Tower and the Cathedral. There are lots of nice restaurants, bars, pastry shops and supermarkets within a couple of hundred yards The apartment is clean and well furnished if a little tired but for some that add to the charm. We had to share a bathroom which was fine but not to everyone's taste The kitchen was well equipped but we just used for coffee. Train station is 20 mins walk away

Nothing really

The location is fantastic, very central, close to the botanical gardens, and a short walk from Piazza dei Miracoli, where you'll find the Duomo and the Tower. Check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean. Good value for money. Definitely a very nice place to stay in Pisa.

It's definitely a con that the bathroom was not directly by the room - it was located in the hallway but we were the only ones to use it - but I think this is reflected in the affordable price. Just be aware of it.

Our stay was excellent. The location is very convenient, and is extremely near to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are many restaurants nearby and the city centre is also extremely close. There is a Carefour right next to the property, which is very convenient. The owners were very helpful, polite, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better—just a short walk from Piazza dei Miracoli. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the shared kitchen, which had convenient amenities like a fridge, kettle, coffee machines (both Americano and espresso), and complimentary coffee and tea. The location is superb. It takes two minutes to walk to the tower and there are many restaurants within 100 meters. The room is very nice as well, it has everything you need. And the hosts are very helpful.

It is not the most quiet place. You can hear what is happening on the street. Fortunately, it is not a big party street, but you can clearly hear when the shops around start opening and when the garbage truck arrives.

Great location, clean, nice room, access to shared kitchen and fridge useful for storing snacks. Clear instructions and polite and helpful conversation with host via WhatsApp. Very affordable for the area.

Room on ground floor in a busy location did mean noise day and night that at times did disturb our sleep. Our bathroom could not be locked during the day meaning we moved things in and out of it.

The location is superb for exploring Pisa, just a short walk from the Tower area and lots of restaurants and about 20 minutes walk from the Railway station. We had a friendly greeting from the host who kindly arranged for us to leave our luggage early and also gave lots of information about the building. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well equipped and the common area was also very useful, with refreshments provided and various kitchen utensils, a fridge and microwave. As a base for exploring Pisa this accommodation was ideal and represented excellent value for money.

A fantastic room in a very central location. Everything you could possibly need was there and it was spotlessly clean. We had excellent communication throughout the booking process and the host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and for taxi number for the airport run when we asked.There was a separate communal kitchen with plenty of refreshments available and it was a real bonus to be able to leave our luggage securely after checking out as we had an early evening flight.

The location was perfect with a Carefore store right next door, restaurants galore around and the Tower only about 100 meters away. It was nice having a shared kitchen as well allowing you to fix your own meals if you wished to.

The only negative thing was the water pressure for the shower was very low so it was difficult to take a good shower.
