The room was very clean and well set out with a functional bathroom and a spacious shower. The owners were friendly, helpful and attentive and even arranged for us to visit other areas of interest in the region. The view from the balcony was also a special feature especially the view at night of Ragusa Ibla.

The only thing we had difficulty with was finding trasport to our accomodation from the bus station when we arrived and carrying our luggage down the steps that lead to the B&B. The owner, however, gave us lift for a small fee to the bus station when we left which was very much appreciated.

A wonderful stay in Ragusa! Prior to our arrival Salvo sent instructions (and pictures) of where to park, then added a video to show exactly how to walk to the property (down a few flights of stairs), the access code and where our room key would be waiting. So helpful. The property (only 2 rooms) was on a quiet pedestrian lane just a two-minute walk to Ibla. The room looked brand new, was impeccably clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice pillows, spacious bathroom, good shower, good lighting. A small terrace with a table and two chairs offered an exceptional view of the old town. Salvo came each morning and laid out an amazing breakfast buffet with sweet croissants, a savory offering, yogurt, meat and cheese, fruits, juices, cereals. Coffee and tea were available all day in the breakfast room. Felt extremely safe, location was really quiet, views were fantastic - a superb experience!

Good location, you can walk everywhere (if you don't mind some stairs, because there are a lot of them in Ragusa). Restaurants are a 10min walk away. Nice and clean room, great view. Contactless check-in. Simple but delicious breakfast, you could choose between sweet or savoury. Parking is free, but you need to walk a couple of stairs to the B&B.

Staff did not speak English, so communication is sometimes difficult.

Salvo is so nice an owner! as we are the first time here, he waited for us and even helped us to bring our big luggage up to B&B. The place is well decorated and super comfortable, very good bed and pillows, we have really good sleep! the bathroom is so clean, the view in balcony is so beautiful, breakfast also very good! the location for B&B is so close to historical site, super quiet and safe. parking place is free, sufficient and safe nearby!

Nice place not far from Ragusa Ibla (overlooking it in fact), with very confortable beds and bathroom. Thoughtfull and fresh breakfist brought in the morning by really nice people.

We had to ak for the instructions to get insinde the B&B once we arrived althgough we had provided all the contact info requested, it would havec been nice to have them in advance. All the communicaitons were in Italian - automated translation could have been used.

B&B Cuore Barocco is perfectly situated for a stay in Ragusa Ibla, with a relaxing balcony overlooking this idyllic baroque hill town. Our room was exactly what we had hoped for, spacious and spotlessly clean with an extremely comfortable bed and a really well designed bathroom. Salvo is the perfect host, welcoming, friendly and always happy to help and his breakfasts are excellent! Would love to stay again. Thanks Salvo!

Our destination was Ibla and this accommodation met expectations in terms of both the view and the accessibility of Ibla. The apartment was clean and functional. You got the feeling that you are in an old building that nevertheless offers today's comforts.

Access from the car parking lot is through many stairs, so this is not suitable for the people with reduced mobility. Salvo only speaks and writes Italian, but with Google translator it went well.

Loved the room, view, and our host. Breakfast was plentiful, bed was comfy, wonderful hot shower. We would stay again!

Visiting in January wasn't the ideal time to visit Ragusa as all of old town was shut down. New town had more things open but still very quiet. No complaints about the B&B!

It was great that Salvo sent a video how can I get to the accomodation, and he took care as well how can I park my rented car free. We keep the contact via Whatsapp. He asked me what do I want to get for breakfast, and he bring exactly what we agreed. He is a very nice person.

THE location! Amazing views plus very clean and high standard for Sicily.

Nothing. It’s not the easiest to find and get to on foot, in heat with a huge rucksack😉- there are some steps and narrow streets on the way. But definitely worth the effort.
