Great host (Katerina) who was very kind and helpful to us. The room was neat and tidy. The water bottles and coffee capsules were refilled at no extra charge which was a great benefit. The location itself is very good, close to Spanish Steps.

The only thing which was not convenient for us personally is that the hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone and we had some hassle while trying to get to and from the hotel by a taxi. However, if you are not a family with a little child and a heavy luggage, then you can walk 5-10 mins to the nearest pick-up/drop-off point.

Everything! The furnishing are new , clean modern and the room is spacious . The bed is comfortable and the owner provided generous amount of snacks and drinks. The location is perfect. Near to all the good restaurants and shopping area. The pantheon is just a short easy walk away. There is nothing NOT to love abt the place. Worth every single penny. Just book this place wo any hesitation.

The property is lovely, traditional building with high ceilings, small balconies with view to the courtyard. You couldn’t ask for a better location, close to shops, restaurants, places of historical interest. The host was very accommodating, and even surprised our friend with a bottle of Prosecco for her birthday. Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. We would come back tomorrow if time allowed it!

Property is v elegant,clean and neat. Close to metro 3-4 mins walk, same as Spanish steps. Close to all shops,cafes,supermarket and restaurants. On first floor a small elevator is available. They provide daily free beverages and water in mini bar. V helpful staff. Room has a small kitchenette with coffee machine.

Location was perfect. Owner was friendly and so welcoming. The suite was beautiful with high ceilings, small kitchenette, balcony and bidet. Bed was huge and comfy. Perfect three day stay. They have an elevator too.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant it was spotlessly clean, they restocked the fridge every day with water fizzy pop juice and beer. The location is central and everything is within walking distance. I will most definitely return here on our next visit to Rome

I loved everything

Perfect location, modern & clean, spacious rooms, very high ceilings and good furnishing.

The only thing to be aware of with such central location (Via Corso) is noise during the night (street cleaners, people talking etc) the street echoes so it can be noisy - but it’s not too bad and worth the central location.

Cozy, big, clean rooms. They did their best to accommodate our group of 7 - it is ideal for large groups. We had one apartment with 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Coffee and tea machines in each room and a minibar. The building is very well located and gives you the vibe of Rome's authentic buildings. Need to mention that there was very warm and comfortable in the room. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with them.

On the room facing the Corso street, there was noise coming from the street one of the mornings, but this was to be expected given the type of windows (old, characteristic).

The location of this place on the via del Corso is excellent. Katerina was a great host and gave detailed videos to us on how to do the self check, so we faced no issues at all. The room is big and the old high ceilings give the room a more open airy feeling. The windows open to the interior yard so not much of a view. But due to this, there was no sounds from the main street which always has crowds. There is also the lift to take your luggage up to the room which was very convenient.

Not much to complain. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is on a busy street with bunch of stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the beds were actually great. The staff was changing the towels every day. We got some snacks and drinks for free, it was great.
